Notre aventure commence dans un quartier local juste au-delà du centre-ville, où nous siroterons un café à l'italienne et nous mêlerons aux habitants. De là, nous nous dirigerons vers un marché en plein air animé pour rencontrer des pêcheurs et des bouchers locaux et goûter à notre prochaine délicieuse dégustation. Alors que nous poursuivons notre promenade dans les rues pavées sinueuses, nous nous arrêterons dans des boutiques historiques et familiales pour nous livrer à une gamme soigneusement sélectionnée de dégustations de plats et de boissons, y compris des truffes, de l'huile d'olive de première pression, du vinaigre balsamique, des viandes, des fromages, vin, gelato, et plus encore. Du « cantucci » classique aux bouchées traditionnelles comme le « coccolo ripieno », vous savourerez l'essence de la région. Cette aventure culinaire n'est pas seulement une question de goût, mais aussi de découverte de la ville et de ses hauts lieux culturels, offrant une expérience culturelle vraiment immersive ! Découvrez le quartier local de Sant'Ambrogio. Ici, vous vous sentirez comme si vous faisiez partie de la communauté locale alors que nous nous arrêtons et avons des dégustations dans des magasins locaux et familiaux.
Nous poursuivons nos dégustations, nous traverserons le centre-ville en nous promenant dans ses rues pavées et en apercevant le magnifique Duomo en cours de route.
Découvrez la célèbre église de la famille Médicis en passant devant nos dégustations. Nous aurons quelques dégustations différentes dans des magasins locaux près de l'église de San Lorenzo.

This was one of the best food/wine tours we have done. Our guide was excellent and took us to places that were not deeply in the main tourist areas. We got to try quite a bit of food so come ready to eat if you want to finish it all. We have done plenty of food/wine tours in the past but the private tour was very nice to have complete focus on tour from the guide. We really enjoyed this experience and recommend it if you want a more in depth experience.

It is a fun tour. Danilo shares lot of fun facts and comments about the different food you tried. He is a good Connosseur of the Italian's cuisine and wine. It is worth to try it!

We had a such a great tour with Christy! Our kids loved seeing the farmers market and we loved all of the tastings. She knew everyone along the way and every shop owner greeted her with a bit smile when we walked in. We are looking forward to trying out some of the recommendations she gave us during the tour! Christi gave me the most delightful food tour of Florence and generously shared all her tips. We had little local tastes and morsels that were unique, delicious and that I couldn’t possibly have found out on my own. She also shared tidbits of local history and food lore along the way, helping me understand what I was eating and appreciate it fully. This is a well rounded thought out tour that set me up to have great food experiences for the rest of the trip. I heartily recommend her, 10/10!

We were lucky that everyone cancelled due to rain so we got a private tour with a fabulous guide. It was the highlight of our Florence trip. It was a great insight into Tuscan food and wine.

We loved that we got to explore a local neighborhood outside of the craziness of the city center. On this tour we got to see what it is like for locals, where they do their shopping, have their coffee, and enjoy the day to day! Each tasting was wonderful and you can tell that it was well thought out so that we could try many different local specialties! Thank you for a wonderful tour!
