Visite à pied complète de Cardiff Doctor Who

Description

The personal tour starting from Cardiff city center was precisely the experience we wanted, where we could ask questions at will and easily hear the answers. Eugene met us exactly where he said he would in a recognizable Doctor Who shirt. He asked us at the beginning what our favorite episodes/Doctors/companions were and it was nice how he referenced our replies throughout the tour. He seems to have good report with local businesses as we were able to go into several buildings to see internal filming locations. There was even a hidden "Easter egg" at one location that was fantastic to see, which I'll leave as a secret (hopefully other reviewers will leave it that way, too). Eugene was extremely knowledgeable about the new Doctor Who, which is what we wanted to hear about, so that was great. He also offered up information and was able to answer questions about Cardiff and Wales, which was wonderful for visitors wanting to know more about the area. Eugene was personable, really fun to talk to, and truly gave one of the best walking tours I've ever been on. Just please note--there is a good bit of walking in the open air without breaks, so wear comfortable shoes, and bring an umbrella in case of either rain or sun. If that is acceptable, you will love the tour!
Eugene was an excellent guide! Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about Doctor Who facts, Easter eggs across the city, and Cardiff history in general, but he was a great conversationalist! The ~3 hours really flew by! If you're in Cardiff and want to see it through the Doctor Who lens, I could not recommend taking a tour with Eugene enough!
Eugene was a delightful and knowledgeable tour guide, and we thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon in Cardiff with him. Very pleasant, very easygoing and knows Dr. Who's Cardiff like the back of his hand.
Eugene was such a lovely tour guide, my family and I did the doctor who tour in Cardiff. He met our slow American walking speed and was more than accommodating with our abundance of questions, need for breaks and questions about wales. Lovely tour, and a joy to be around. Highly recommend!
Eugene was extremely knowledgeable about Dr. Who and Torchwood and the filming that has been done in Cardiff. My husband isn't really a fan and Eugene was able to include him in the tour by discussing common interests and relating some of the history of various parts of Cardiff. As I'm a fan, it was a lot of fun to see the sights where Dr. Who has been filmed brought to life.
Our tour guide Eugene was amazing. He has been the best tour guide we have had yet. He was so knowledgeable of all the Dr Who episodes and showed us so many locations that we were in Wow every time. What I liked the most about him was that he engaged with my son by asking him direct questions like "what is your favorite episode" or "which Dr is your favorite". This helpped my son come out of his shell as he is very quiet and didn't know what to expect from the tour. My son is a big Dr. Who fan and that is why we went to Cardiff and booked this tour. My son is still talking about the tour weeks after coming back. We just bought the 13th Dr Who series with Jodie Whittaker and in the very 1st episode the police station that Eugene showed us was in it! My son yelled "That's the police station" before I could even take it in. Eugene really did his research and showed us more then we could even imagine. Thank you Eugene for being a great tour guide and now a friend. If you are thinking of booking this tour you should do it quick before it gets full.
My family really enjoyed the tour. It was wonderful for several of our group who are big Dr. Who fans. Very comprehensive and the guide was knowledgeable.
Eugene was a brilliant host. I booked this as a birthday treat since I'm a big fan of the show and I loved it! Even though it was raining, he made the tour funny and enjoyable finding shelter for us when he could. With reference to all the Doctor Who episodes on hand, we were able to see many filming locations and explain a bit of Cardiff history too. If you're a Doctor Who fan and visiting Cardiff it's a no brianer to go on the tour!
A truly joyous experience. A very exciting and thorough tour spanning across a number of different Doctors along with visual and descriptive reminders of where the filming locations fit in to the show. The tour guide Eugene was very friendly and professional as well as patient and encouraging with my photo taking and question asking. Thank you Eugene. I would highly reccomend.
The guide was very knowledgeable and very friendly! The sites were amazing, and the walk was very doable! Eugenie was absolutely fantastic!
