Mr. Kim was very accommodating to our schedule and very knowledgeable. We enjoyed our time with him.
Thank you for your kind words. We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed your time with our best guide Mr. Kim. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to see you again soon..!!
Exceptional! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and spoke perfect English, and it was a beautiful day. Our tour guide was Chance Kim. His choice of restaurant for lunch was great!
Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We’re delighted to hear that you had such a memorable experience. Chance will be thrilled to know that his knowledge, English skills, and restaurant recommendation made your day even more special. We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to welcome you again on another beautiful tour soon.
My family and I had an amazing time on this tour! Andy was amazing and really made our time in South Korea very memorable. He was hilarious, incredibly knowledgeable, and kind. We had two toddlers on this tour and Andy was very patient with them and went out of his way to make the kids laugh. He even surprised them with banana milk one morning. My family and I feel we hit the jack pot with Andy as our guide and we’d book this tour in a heartbeat again!
Thank you very much for your wonderful review. We’re absolutely delighted to hear that you and your family had such a memorable time with our wonderful guide Andy. His warmth, humor, and care for guests — especially little ones — truly make every tour special. We’re so happy your family felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the tour. Your kind words mean the world to us, and we would love to welcome you all back to Korea again someday for another amazing adventure with Andy.
They shouldn't put the word customized in their description because they don't want to work with you on what you want to do. They were initially helpful in letting me know that many of the options I wanted were not available on Monday because the attractions were closed. Good information and not their fault Monday is a day off for many public attractions. They suggested a few things, and we went back and forth with some options that sounded good. If you don't respond to them in 10 or 15 minutes, they are sending emails asking for responses right away. there are gaps of less than 20 minutes, and they are sending follow up emails. My last email was a request to give me a list of what we are actually going to do on this trip since there were so many additions and deletions due to the closure. I get an email 19 minutes later listing what we are going to do. 40 minutes after that, another email asking that I respond. Less than an hour later, they cancel. so, three emails from them in less than 90 minutes all while I am in meetings and then they cancel because I can't respond fast enough. I've probably booked 60-80 activities with viator over the years and never had such an absurd experience.
Please be honest Mr. Michael landsberg. Frankly, this customer appears to fabricate claims. We waited one to two days for a response, but received none. Considering it a final attempt, we followed up; however, while the customer continued to raise new questions, they repeatedly failed to respond to the information and proposals we provided, even after extended periods of time. As a tour operator with over 10 years of experience, we are well aware of how this type of customer typically behaves, and we assessed from the beginning that they would likely remain persistently dissatisfied. The customer initially requested an itinerary that is not feasible within a single day. Although we proposed a realistic and achievable alternative aligned with their request, this was ignored without any reply. Accordingly, we determined that it would not be possible to proceed with the tour and formally requested its cancellation, which the customer accepted. Most importantly, based on our extensive experience, customers who demonstrate this pattern of behavior tend to continue expressing dissatisfaction regardless of the level of effort or quality of service provided. Therefore, we consider it fortunate that our high-quality tour services, delivered by our professional guides, will not be extended in this instance.
Our tour was very nice. The operator picked us up at the airport as scheduled and took us for our DMZ and hanock tour, pointing out various items that may be missed in a large tour.
Thank you for your kind feedback! We’re happy to hear everything went smoothly and that you enjoyed the personalized experience of your tour 😊
Our guide Benny picked us up on time. We were able to go to all the places we were looking at. Benny was kind and accommodating and we were able to eat a good lunch at a Michelin-Guide Samgyetang restaurant in Bukchon which we all enjoyed.
Thank you for the review.
Jimmy was our tour guide and we couldn't of asked for a better guy. He arrived on time, listened to our requests and delived THE best day in Seoul. We went to temples, he took us to changing of the guards, asian markets to eat with the locals, shopping districts with soo many variaties of stores, cable car ride to the peak & we ended our day with a nice walk along the river right in the middle of the bustling city. He also gave me information on how to request information about my birth family. We couldn't of asked for more.
We are sincerely grateful for your best compliment review. This tour agency and our tour guides always strive for customer satisfaction. And We can tell You were so lucky to meet our best guide, Jimmy..!!
Great experience, great service. Great price! At your rhythm, at your own time, your trip. Expert guides, secure and very comfortable vehicles.
Thank you so much for making review about most strong point of joining the PRIVATE TOUR.
It was amazing to be picked up at the airport and dropped off at the airport. It saved us much time and effort for our one day layover in Seoul.
Thank you.
Guide was very friendly and knowledgeable but did not plan for traffic and had no backup plan. Ride to Seoul took 3 hours. We would have rather just toured around locally. Guide was good once we finally made it to Seoul but definitely could have made contingency plans . Would not book again.
We feel sorry to know that. Traffic congestion is something we can't help, right? Also it was not a normal traffic situation. Maybe there are some under construction or accident. And It's quite a distance from Incheon to Seoul any way. Since you suggested going to Seoul, our guide drove there. It was your choice..!! Please understand that this tour is customized tour. People like you don't seem to be suited to this layover tour. We hope we never meet customers like you again who has always complain. Because, We've never seen who complain about a traffic in such a big cities in Korea- Incheon(3 million people) and Seoul(10 million people)
