We loved our tour with Juno! My daughter (12) and I enjoyed the 12 dishes. Lots of memories were made tonight - especially the live octopus! Highly recommend!
Tan is an amazing tour guide! He was fun, entertaining and with a lot of energy. He arrived with a big smile and never stopped smiling throughout the tour. He let us know everything that we were going to eat as we went through the street food market. I highly recommend him!!!

A great experience with a wide variety of tastes and flavors, enriched by social and historical context. Our guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, creating a wonderful atmosphere throughout the tour. In addition to the lively market experience, we also enjoyed relaxing in a quiet, air-conditioned restaurant. The Korean drinking games were a fun and memorable part of the experience.
We had an amazing time with our guide Juno today! He was incredibly informative, personable, prepared and we cannot recommend him enough. Not only did we experience a very wide variety of traditional foods, he shared personal experiences, preferences, and made sure we saw some of the famous places in the market. We had a great tour!
This was perfect. Absolutely need to show up hungry. But, we had great food, learned some things and had lots of laughs.
Juno was a personable and thoughtful guide. I was due to leave Korea and felt there were a few gaps in my food knowledge and this great tour covered so many bases. Not only did we eat food that I otherwise wouldn’t have but he also gave great insight into Korean culture. More food than you could dare to eat and it was all delicious!
Our food tour at Gwangjang Market was one of the highlights of our trip to South Korea! Thanks to our tour guide Juno! The market was full of energy, delicious food, and even some fun drinking games along the way. We also got to visit the famous Netflix food stall, which was exciting to see in person. Juno our tour guide was fantastic—very informative and passionate about Korean food and culture. He didn't just tell us what we were eating; he explained the history behind each dish, how it is traditionally prepared, and even the proper way to eat it. We also learned about the history of Gwangjang Market and its importance in Korean culture. We tasted an incredible variety of foods including Mayak Kimbap, Tteokbokki, Pork and Kimchi Mandu, Nokdu Bindaetteok, Gogi Wanja, Bulgogi Hot Pot, and enjoyed traditional drinks like Soju, Somaek, and Makgeolli. We tried a few more but I will let Juno surprise you! Everything was delicious, and the experience felt authentic, fun, and educational. If you're visiting Seoul and want to experience Korean food beyond the typical tourist spots, this tour is a must. Come hungry—you'll leave full, happy, and with a much deeper appreciation for Korean cuisine and culture!
