Leisurely paced nature expedition with opportunities to view the waterways and surrounding mountains. We saw moose and many birds along the way.
Alaska Trail Guides was fantastic!! They were very accommodating as we had an early flight and really wanted to do this bike ride. Giving us a private tour, picking us up from our hotel and dropping us off at the airport was very much appreciated! Our guide, Todd, was great!! He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with my daughter who is a novice cyclist. We had a fun time looking for moose and bear. Fortunately, we did see a couple of moose. The fresh air, scenic landscape and early morning exercise was a great way to end our family trip. We'll definitely be back to Alaska and if in Anchorage, we'll take another bike tour with Alaska Trail Guides!!
This was a great excursion. Our guide, Mila, was very enthusiastic and accommodating, and we saw a ton of moose along the trail at close distance. The ride itself is beautiful and not difficult with the exception of a few hills. Would definitely recommend.
This was an excellent bike excursion, and that is with experience with bike excursions in both north America, the Carribean, and western Europe. Good pick up location, and Mela was a terrific guide. Very safe, did an excellent safety run down before we took off, and she was a wealth of local information. Shasta is a very safe driver, and I would recommend this excursion to anyone who likes to bike ride.
Beautiful bike ride with great views. Our guide Todd was very knowledgeable and ran a good ride. He also had good knowledge of local restaurants. Even though we didn't see any wildlife on this particular trip, we saw plenty on our own ride the day before..they doing the tour in the right spot.
Our guide Mila was engaging and told us a lot of history on the area. The path was nice and we saw a moose! Very cool! To keep group together we had to go slow which got old… but learned many things about the area, plants and animals Mila did a great job!!
Excellent tour with smooth pickup, excellent guide, and comfortable bikes. We were offered helmets, gloves, and water bottles. The bine ride was mostly flat or downhill and about 10 miles long. We had frequent stops where we learned about animals, plants, Alaska history, and science.
Our guide was great and knowledgeable about the area. The trail was easy to ride and we even got to see some moose! I would recommend this tour
We had a wonderful bike ride/tour. We learned so much about Anchorage. Our tour guide was friendly and knowledgable. The bike path was beautiful right along the coast. We would definitely recommend it!
Our tour guide, Mila, was excellent! The views were beautiful, we saw four moose including a mom and her calf. Our driver, Jeremiah, was safe and engaging. The tour lasted 3 hours, from pickup to drop-off. Would highly recommend!
