Nous arriverons au cénote bleu, une merveille naturelle située à l'entrée de Bacalar, sa vue est incroyable, entourée de jungle et de végétation. Ici, vous pourrez déguster un délicieux petit déjeuner. Ensuite, après avoir choyé votre palais, préparez-vous à plonger dans ce magnifique cénote aux eaux cristallines ou reposez-vous simplement pour vous préparer à la prochaine partie de cette excursion.
Notre transport nous emmènera dans un autre des merveilleux lieux naturels de Bacalar. C'est une piscine entièrement naturelle où vous pourrez profiter de la lagune de Bacalar, en apprendre davantage sur la nature entourée par la diversité des arbres et des animaux. C'est un lieu dont il faut prendre soin et respecter lors de sa visite.
Nous admirerons une visite du lagon aux 7 couleurs de Bacalar, puis nous irons à la découverte de nombreux autres cenotes qui ornent ce magnifique paradis naturel. Bacalar n'est pas seulement magnifique, c'est aussi l'entrée principale de nombreux cénotes et cavernes, donc ensuite, nous avancerons à travers le lagon dans notre ponton pour visiter des endroits impressionnants tels que : les cénotes qui sont des lieux sacrés selon les croyances mayas, le Canal de Los Piratas qui, comme son nom l'indique, était autrefois le canal qui transitait et où se déroulaient de terribles batailles de ces personnages célèbres en même temps que vous aurez une vue panoramique sur le fort de San Felipe et bien sûr la beauté de la lagune aux 7 couleurs.

We booked the full day tour to Bacalar. The day is very long but well organized and pleasant. Our guide Arturo spoke very good English and Italian and was very good at providing explanations. Bacalar is fantastic, minus the Cenote. Also good breakfast and lunch.

We got only few impressions for this very long ride. Our guide had low professionalism. He almost never provide particular time when we have to return to bus and did not provide full information about lunch menu in English ( for example, he did not say anything about burritos, but other people ordered them).

We had an amazing pontoon boat tour today! 5+ hours, many cenotes, swimming, local history and information and an amazing English speaking guide Jiaro was awesome. His side cake was an amazing bartender and food prep and was our guide thru los rápidos. An absolutely amazing day and will definitely take his tour again!

The advertisement said English tour guide... Our best tour guide spoke very little English that was understandable and the microphone sound system on the bus was horrendous. Mostly just background noise could not understand what he was saying. The guide on the pontoon boat spoke zero English. Could not understand a single thing he said, got zero information during our tour. At one point we ask our bus tour guide for the simplest, easiest route back to the bus from a lunch stop (due to my severe ankle injury), he gave us directions that went up several flights of steps to a park area only for us to turn around and walk back downhill to find the bus! That was very disappointing. Also thought it was very rude of our bus tour guide to literally beg for excellent tips mentioning this excellent tips several times and then proceeded to walk down the aisle at the bus passing a basket under each person's nose, again requesting tips. Tips are to be earned. They are not obligatory and should never be demanded.
Everything was almost perfect. Beautifully executed tour. Arturo, our guide was very kind and helpful. The pontoon boat was amazing. The only negative thing is that the food was always cold.

This tour was a great experience. We got from and to Bacalar safely from Cancun. We enjoyed swimming in the Cenotes, the lagoon has beautiful clear colors. The views are amazing. They have great options for breakfast and lunch.
