Cette excursion de 8 heures commence à la place de l'Hippodrome et se poursuit avec la Mosquée bleue, l'un des monuments les plus remarquables de la ville. Puis vous visiterez le musée Sainte-Sophie, l'une des plus belles églises byzantines. Continuez jusqu'au palais de Topkapi, la résidence impériale du grand Empire ottoman, aujourd'hui un musée muni d'une grande collection de porcelaines et arborant des reliques saintes. Rendez-vous à la Petite Sainte-Sophie et au Grand Bazar, pour y dénicher des souvenirs, avec sa riche collection de précieux tapis faits main, de bijoux et accessoires en cuir, où le circuit se termine. Un déjeuner dans un restaurant local vous sera servi pendant la visite.

Istanbul possède ses sanctuaires monumentaux de différentes confessions et la Mosquée bleue est probablement l'un des chefs-d'œuvre les plus célèbres de l'architecture religieuse ottomane. Avec ses six minarets et son dôme proportionné parfait, il doit son nom à ses tuiles de couleur turquoise en minéraux de quartz. Les Sultans Ottomans préféraient prier dans ce sanctuaire intemporel en raison de sa beauté incomparable jusqu'à l'effondrement de l'empire après la guerre mondiale.
L'hippodrome romain du passé glorieux présente aujourd'hui le célèbre obélisque de Théodose et la colonne Serpentine datant du Ve siècle av.
Basilique Sainte-Sophie, l'un des plus grands sanctuaires chrétiens jamais construits dans l'histoire. Ornée de riches peintures murales en mosaïque, de colonnes colossales et d'expositions de sérénité divine, Sainte-Sophie est un véritable patrimoine mondial qui a accueilli diverses confessions à travers les différentes périodes de l'histoire et est actuellement exploité comme un musée présentant l'art byzantin et l'architecture embellie par le goût ottoman.
• Cette visite du palais impérial des Sultans Ottomans comprendra des visites du trésor impérial, de la section porcelaine Chinoise, de la section calligraphie et bien d'autres. Nous visiterons également le segment optionnel Collection de bijoux du palais.
Grand Bazar, le vaste et légendaire marché couvert qui est le plus grand souk du monde avec près de 4000 boutiques d'antiquités, de bijoux et de tapis.

Nous ne prenons que des hôtels situés au centre d'Istanbul. Nous vous contacterons si votre hôtel est hors des limites de la ville. Dans le cas d'un hôtel hors des limites de la ville, vous devrez payer un supplément à la fois pour la prise en charge et le retour.

- Les informations exigées de chaque participant au moment de la réservation sont : nom figurant sur le passeport, numéro du passeport et pays
- Au moins 2 personnes sont requises pour que cette activité se déroule.
- Comme Sainte-Sophie n'est plus un musée (a été convertie en mosquée), les guides touristiques n'ont pas de priorité/offre coupe-file là-bas.
- L'option en langue espagnole n'est disponible que les lundis et jeudis, tandis que l'option en langue anglaise est disponible à tout moment afin de ne pas créer de confusion pour les voyageurs qui souhaitent réserver ledit produit.

The sites are great to see, but our guide walked too fast and many of us found it hard to keep up. In addition, his accent was difficult to understand compared to guides on other Viator tours this trip. He offered many facts but didn’t interpret what he told us. Came across as a bit dry.

We were very lucky to have good weather until the end when a thunderstorm broke. The tour with Ahmed was interesting. Possibly too much to fit in comfortably in one day but we are pleased that the tour allowed us to see the major sites . The pick up from the hotel was on time and after a lot of walking the return trip by bus was welcome!

Great experience. An amazing tour of the key historical sites in Istanbul in one day. Our guide, Ms Fatma was very knowledgeable, explained everything in detail and allowed us to spend as much time as needed at each location. We had a wonderful multi-course lunch at a nearby restaurant as part of the tour. Highly recommend.

We booked this tour to try and see as many things in the old part of Istanbul. Our guide Umutcan was amazing. He met us right on time at our hotel. He was so knowledgeable and knew detailed history for each site we visited. Lunch was at Anka Palace with a a great view of the water and the food was very good. We would absolutely book this tour again
Amazing tour. Saw all the major sites without having to wait in ticket line and our guide was extremely knowledgeable and well spoken in explaining the rich history of turkey and the relevance of each historic site. We had a wonderful lunch at a hotel rooftop as well all included! Would 100% recommend this tour.
