Pause pour un déjeuner composé de 3 plats dans le restaurant « La Flotille » (entrée, plat principal, vin, dessert et café) situé au pied du Grand Canal, un cadre majestueux qui vous permet d'apprécier la beauté du domaine.
Après le déjeuner, votre guide vous emmènera au Grand Trianon qui servait de palais privé. Avec le temps le palais principal devenant très fréquenté, Louis XIV avait besoin d’un autre endroit pour échapper à la foule. C’est ce qui devint le Grand Trianon, fabriqué dans du marbre rose pastel.
Votre guide vous emmènera au Petit Trianon, un petit palais dans les jardins de Versailles utilisé par Marie-Antoinette pour ses festivités et pour échapper à l'étouffante étiquette de la cour.
Vous découvrirez également le hameau de la Reine, un village normand stylisé et une ferme construite pour Marie-Antoinette où elle se retirait avec ses plus proches amis pour profiter d'une vie rustique intime.

Zara was very knowledgeable about the palace and it's history. I enjoyed the whole entire experience from being picked up and discussing sites along the way to touring the palace and learning unique facts about each room. We were certainly taken care of and didn't have to worry about anything. The whole day went very smoothly and I was more than satisfied with our full day experience. Also, lunch did not disappoint! No notes, definitely worth the expense!
We learned a lot about the history. Our guide Pablo made the history come alive, and was very informative about life at Versailles. He was great with answering questions. We can’t imagine how this tour could have been any better.

Julian was an amazing guide. On our way to Versailles he made excellent use of time and media to set the stage for what we were going to going to experience. Our tour had just the right amount of detail and we got to see everything we hoped to and more. He also researched a restaurant in town that offered vegetarian options which was important to us.
Julian was an incredible host and beside being incredibly intelligent, gracious and witty, Julian kept us engaged with so many stories and historical facts. He arrived early, regaled us with the history of France and the uniqueness of various arrondissements while bringing us safely to Versailles. Julian was extremely thoughtful of our group which included one guest who had some mobility issues and another who is deaf. He secured a wheelchair for my sister to aid in her getting around and was very mindful that my deaf niece was close nearby to be able to capture the information he was sharing. We were all so very impressed with Julian and his knowledge and would highly recommend him! The tour was planned to maximize the time and enabled us to see so many different aspects of Versailles. We would definitely rate this as one of the top tours we have ever been on!

Highly recommend. I’ve visited Versailles before on my own, so I didn’t expect this tour to feel completely different — but it did. It was far easier, more relaxed, and much more enjoyable than navigating it independently. Our guide met us at our hotel and drove us to Versailles, which let us see more of Paris along the way instead of worrying about trains and logistics. The biggest benefit came immediately: we bypassed the very long entry lines, even the timed-ticket line. Inside, the experience felt far more meaningful. Rather than just walking through rooms, we understood what we were seeing and why it mattered. The explanations brought the palace to life. We also had a lovely lunch at a local restaurant, and afterward were driven around the grounds and the outlying buildings. We covered far more without feeling rushed or exhausted. If you’ve already been to Versailles, this is the way to truly appreciate it. And if you haven’t, I can’t imagine a better introduction.
Lucille was a charming and knowledgeable guide. This tour was the highlight of our trip and did not disappoint. The lunch was quite tasty and the hotel pick up made our excursion very relaxing.
This was my favorite tour while visiting Paris, Rozann, our tour guide, made this tour amazing! On our drive to Versailles she kept us engaged by talking about the areas we passed. Once we arrived at the palace, Rozann was incredibly knowledgeable about the palace, gardens, and grounds. She shared history and answered questions while inside the palace. Then our group had a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, spending the remainder of the time wandering the gardens and other outdoor areas. Rozann was personable and friendly, thank you for a wonderful day!
We had a lovely day trip to Versailles. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and patient, allowing time for wandering family members taking photos and for our many questions. She knew so much about the palace, grounds, village and history, we left with a deeper appreciation of what we saw than had we toured on our own without a guide. Even the drive to and from Paris was filled with sights and anecdotes that left us with a deeper appreciation of the city.
