The check in was fast and easy. The exhibits and history was excellent. The exhibits were in big rooms that accompanied large groups.

The ticketing experience was very frustrating. There was no reference to Viator in the booking and a museum employee had to help navigate finding the tickets. Getting the voucher was easy—tickets not at all.

Booked 3 days before. Sold out on website but happy to pay premium for last minute tickets. Emailed tickets dya before on PDF, all went smoothly. Audioguide worth having.
