Livi did an excellent job bringing the history of Versailles to life. So much information told with such care. I think it would be hard to continually tell the stories and still be excited to share them. Livi did that to perfection.
The meeting point to pickup the ticket, meet guide and start the tour is too far from the venue. The company needs to issue electronic mobile tickets so people can meet the tour guide closer to the entrance of the venue. The time on the tour of the venue is deceiving as a significant amount of time is taken by having to travel from the ticket pickup point to the venue. Plus time is taken for roll call waiting for other guests in the group who are late, issuing headsets, explaining how to use the headset in addition to walking to the venue.
Easy meet and greet right by the train station, our guide Emelie, was great, comfortable with questions, humorous and professional. The gardens are vast, so be prepared to walk or rent a golf cart/buggy. The small train that runs around just takes you between the main parts of the gardens, not good for seeing the gardens or fountains. All in all well worth the money, all 4 of us would recommend this visit

The two hours went by really quickly the tour guide pointed out things that we would have not known on our own. It really did take the stress out of trying to navigate this huge place by yourself. I'm happy that you were able to have free time for the rest of the day.
Laetitia was AMAZING! She was so knowledgeable and funny and my friend and I had the best time at Versailles with her. Our group was having the best time when we were walking around the palace. We learned a lot and had so much fun! 10/10 would recommend!

This was an excellent tour of Versailles! Our guide Stephanie was amazing! Very knowledgeable, provided lots of information, always friendly and showed us the best parts of the palace. She was very good at keeping our group together and during the tour we were lucky the palace was not too crowded which helped us move from room to room more easily. A very memorable tour and happy to we had the opportunity to see this beautiful palace! The gardens and Marie Antoinette's Estate are also not to be missed. Highly recommend! Thank you!
