Our experience with our tour guide was exceptional from start to finish. She was warm, friendly, and deeply professional throughout the entire tour. What stood out most was her impressive flexibility and willingness to accommodate us. We loved having a private tour with Yue! She met us in front of the opera house and was very sweet and energetic. She was very knowledgeable even when my husband had many questions. We saw all the highlights within our 2 hour walking tour. She gave great recommendations for food, shopping, other sites to see. She was even kind enough to take photos for us! Halfway through our whirlwind European tour, we found ourselves in the oasis of Vienna, and, for 2.5 hours, in the very pleasant company of Yue. Well-versed in all things Vienna, Yue's familiarity with the city was augmented by her deep understanding of broader European history and the pivotal role Austria has played. Quick with a smile and a laugh, Yue was just as equally blessed with an eye for a unique photo or two, highlighting clever angles, and volunteering to take group photos of our little party as we toured the city. It's a rare thing in the hustle and bustle of touristing, to find such a relaxing opportunity to experience history and to absorb beauty. Yue made that possible.
