- La taille maximale des sacs à dos apportés au Musée ne peut dépasser les dimensions 30x20x10 cm.
- Pour toutes les réservations, nous avons besoin des noms complets de tous les participants (les mêmes que dans les pièces d'identité ou les passeports). Il vous sera également demandé d'avoir votre carte d'identité pendant la visite.
- Fonctionne dans toutes les conditions météorologiques, veuillez vous habiller correctement
- En raison du contenu drastique, la visite est recommandée aux enfants de plus de 14 ans, bien qu'il ne soit pas interdit aux plus jeunes d'y participer si leurs tuteurs souhaitent les prendre.

Visit Krakow staff was helpful and reachable. Sent all information in advance, but tour itself at camp was rushed by guide. He didn't really stop and let us take in. A lot of uuurm aaarm in between words, surely if you do an English tour you would be fluent in speaking. Me,myself are not English but guides lack of fluent speaking took away from what he was saying. It was very disorganised after the first part was over, we were told to take a break and then meet at other camp. When we arrived there no one else was there yet and we had to hang around and wait. Unfortunately due to above our experience was not good.
I’m giving 4 stars because of the very confusing booking process. When booking, you select a departure time, but in my case it had nothing to do with the actual departure. I chose a 10:30 AM departure, but I was later informed that the real pick-up time was 5:40 AM. That’s not a minor change, and it created unnecessary stress. On top of that, finding a taxi at that hour was difficult, as several drivers cancelled or refused the ride due to the limited availability of cars. Although I was the first scheduled pick-up, the bus and the guide also arrived late. It wasn’t a long delay, but it was enough to make an already stressful morning even more worrying. That said, the guide was excellent, and the tour itself was very well organized and incredibly worthwhile. Visiting Auschwitz is a powerful and unforgettable experience that everyone should have the opportunity to experience.

The guide was very knowledgeable in the background of the Auschwitz-Birknau concentration camps yet extremely modest, helpful and friendly. What's more precious was her sincere emotions uncovered when she explained the unimaginable and unbearable ordeals occured on the Jews in the holocaust, and her wholehearted invitation for us to reflect on the catastrophe.

I absolutely loved this guided tour from Krakow to Auschwitz-Birkenau. Everything was extremely well organized from start to finish, and the pickup option made the whole experience very convenient and stress-free.
