1.Le pont Stanly vous aimez la vue et l'air frais, endroit parfait pour les photos. Je recommande de marcher et de voir le magnifique paysage sur le pont.
2. Kom al-Shoqafa (Catacombes) Un ancien escalier circulaire mène à ces tombes qui ont été creusées dans le substrat rocheux à l'époque des empereurs antonins (IIe siècle après JC).
3. Fort Qait Bey Ressemblant à un imposant château forteresse, cette citadelle a été construite dans les années 1480 par le sultan Qaitbey sur le site du phare de Pharos, pour protéger la ville des croisés qui attaquaient la ville par voie maritime.
4. Bibliotheca Alexandrina Située près du site de l'ancienne bibliothèque d'Alexandrie, cette version moderne est un bâtiment de onze étages de forme cylindrique qui abrite plus de huit millions de livres. Une réinvention de l'ancienne Grande Bibliothèque d'Alexandrie, ce centre culturel magnifiquement conçu contient une multitude de musées ainsi que l'une des bibliothèques les plus ambitieuses du monde moderne. Son architecture - un disque solaire géant - préside la corniche du front de mer, tandis qu'à l'intérieur, une immense salle de lecture peut contenir huit millions de volumes. Sous la bibliothèque principale, les visiteurs peuvent explorer une gamme d'expositions magnifiquement organisées. 5. La plus ancienne église Saint-Marc est situé dans une section très intéressante d'Alexandrie. C'est intéressant et j'ai apprécié l'histoire de l'endroit. Je l'inclurais dans la liste des incontournables.
6- la plus ancienne mosquée Absolument magnifique, .. il y a 3 mosquées à apprécier ici, celle du milieu était ouverte, elle est même aussi magnifique à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur, .. Une visite incontournable pour la plupart des touristes, ..

Must memorable. Alexandria is rich in history with strong Greek influence. Catacomb and the great library were outstanding. Also the citadel

This private 1/2 day trip of Alexandria with Feby was excellent. Feby was passionate about showing us around her city of birth. She was extremely knowledgeable about Egyptian history through the centuries, telling a story that brought it all to life. Our trip included a visit to the Catacombs and the Citadel with drive by of the amphitheater and other ancient sites. We toured the old town, which you don’t get to see on a large bus tour as the roads are too narrow and crowded. We would definitely recommend Feby and her courteous driver and will definitely book again with her when we visit Cairo as Feby also does small private tours of Cairo.

We took the Half—Day Guided Tour in Alexandria with the outstanding and knowledgeable guide Feby! We were with one other couple from our cruise as Feby showed us her favorite sights in the city: St. Catherine’s Cathedral, Catacombs of Kom el Shogafa, The Citadel of Qaitbay among other interesting places and neighborhoods. Her passion about her job and the city are obvious throughout the tour. She contacted us right after our booking to welcome us and made us feel like we were special guests, making sure the choices on the tour accommodated us. The car was comfortable and the driver experienced, appreciated in the city traffic. Feby provided us with water, snacks and gifts! Overall, it was an amazing day in a complex and ancient city, made even special by the best tour guide we have ever had.
Feby was born and raised in Alexandria and highly educated in the history of Egypt. She was so friendly and took us to so many cool places and answered every question we threw at her! Such an enjoyable day! She made our tour the best!
