If you are travelling to Egypt for the first time and want to get a small overview of the country with its thousands of years old treasures in a variety of places, you are well advised to put yourself in the hands of a professional Egyptian travel agency. There is too much to see and experience almost everywhere. With Memphis Tour we had such an excellent partner. Which we would choose again and again. This started already during the preparation of the trip. Thanks to modern media, we were able to contribute all our wishes and ideas. Which were then implemented by Memphis Tour. Whether in Cairo with the national museums, at the pyramids of Giza and Sakara, on a day trip to Alexandria, the onward journey to Sinai with a visit to the Chatarina Monastery, the subsequent boat trip on the Nile, with a stop at the temples and mausoleums, mmer we were supervised by professional German-speaking tour guides. Domestic flights to the various locations from Cairo to Sharm El Sheikh, back to Cairo, then on to Aswan everything was perfectly organized. Memphis Tour staff picked us up by car and brought us safely to our destination. There was no need to queue at the airports, Memphis Tour passengers were allowed to enter the airports past the lines. After landing we were picked up again and taken to the next destinations. Where the next highly professional guide was waiting to show us his country and answer all our questions about answer. Alone, we could not have organized this trip effortlessly. Much we would not have experienced and experienced so relaxed. Thanks to Memphis Tour ! It was great! Jörg and Gritt Hammer, Dahme, Germany
The tour with our guide Eman was truly a wonderful experience. Being from Alexandria, she knew the history and fascinating stories behind the city’s many landmarks. If traveling means more than just physically visiting places—if it is about hearing the stories, understanding the people, and being moved by the culture and atmosphere—then I can say I had an excellent journey. We visited the Montaza Palace, the fortress where the famous Lighthouse of Alexandria once stood, the Catacombs, the oldest church in Egypt, the Library of Alexandria, Roman ruins, and many other sites throughout the city. I wholeheartedly recommend this tour.
Absolutely amazing experience. He showed me some outstanding local food and took the time to explain the history behind it all!
Interesting Private Tour. Heba our guide was super friendly and very accommodating to our requests. Catacombs, Library, Fort at Qait Bay, church of St. Mark and the Mosque. Plus even a stop for souvenier shopping.
We had a day trip to Rosetta from Alexandria. Our guide (Norhan) was amazing, so very kind and went out of her way to make our trip special. It was a great experience and I highly recommend!
We had a nice tour in to the center of Alexandria and a excellent visit at the Greco Roman museum with our wel educated and profesional guide Noor. Highly recommended.
This tour was a good one if you're seeking a regular tour to Alexandria. It is not, however, guided by a storyteller nor does it involve any storytelling - just regular guiding. Yes, the guide was informative, but the tour did not meet my expectations of 'storytelling.' I was also disappointed that this tour is combined with other tours offered under different names and different prices. I intentionally chose the more expensive tour in order to experience something a bit different. When I ended up being on the same tour as other Alexandria trips I had looked at (cheaper, with more inclusions), it was an insult to injury. Please, Ramses Tours, don't confuse people by having different tours grouped together. Instead, have the one tour with transparent pricing, inclusions, and exclusions that are the same for everyone.
I have recently booked 5 days trip to Cairo and Alexandria from India. It was really a memorable trip not only the Pyramids, Sphinx, but also with the meticulously planned itinerary by the Egypt Tour Portal Company. Special thanks to Mr. Yassir Samir who planned the trip so as to cover the place as scheduled. His punctuality is appreciable. His exposition in Egyptology is remarkable while explaining the details at Giza complex. Thanks to the Egypt Tour Portal Team!
I highly recommend. Thanks to Ramssides Tours, my trip to Alexandria was a special holiday I’ll always remember. Youseff and Waleed are highly educated on the history of Egypt and the loveliest people to meet. I took two tours and each was breathtaking and left me with a richer understanding of Egypt and also world history. I felt relaxed and happy throughout 😊
Best Egyptian tour guide so far! 10/10 for Mohamed! He is knowledgeable and passionate about ancient Egyptian culture. Native to Alexandria but knows the city better than any locals. Definitely book with him if you are into the Egyptian history and culture.
