Nous commençons notre délicieuse visite gastronomique dans un fascinant point de rencontre local, où vous apprendrez l'histoire de l'un des ténors lyriques les plus emblématiques d'Italie, Luciano Pavarotti.
Ensuite, nous explorons l’un des trésors les plus célèbres de Modène : Aceto Balsamico di Modena. Nous dégusterons dans une Bottega familiale, découvrant l’artisanat derrière ce produit de renommée mondiale.
Nous nous dirigeons ensuite vers le Mercato Albinelli, le marché couvert historique de Modène fondé en 1931. Avec environ 65 stands proposant des produits frais locaux, c'est l'endroit idéal pour découvrir le fromage apprécié de Modène et son pain plat rond traditionnel - et apprendre comment les habitants les apprécient.

Notre promenade se poursuit sur l'ancienne Piazza Grande, la place principale historique de Modène et classée au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO. Entourée par la cathédrale et la tour Ghirlandina, cette place médiévale est pleine d'ambiance et de vie locale. Ici, nous nous arrêterons dans une trattoria traditionnelle unique pour déguster un plat de pâtes classiques du Modène.
Nous terminons la visite sur une note sucrée avec une gelato artisanale au GIOELIA Cremeria local.

We absolutely loved our tour. Roberta was delightful, and so much fun! The walking tour took us to several different shops and restaurants including the main market. The food was exceptional, and we learned some of the history and manufacturing processes. Very interesting. Come hungry and with comfortable walking shoes. We highly recommend this tour, you will love it!

Roberta is the best guide. He guided me passionately with a lovely smile and knowledge. I enjoyed the tour with my 13-year-old daughter, with one from Brazil. It was a very hot day, but we had a portico so we could walk around. We enjoyed two kinds of pasta and three kinds of Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. Enjoy Modena, a 30-minute train ride from Bologna.

I highly recommend this food tour! The tour was absolutely worth of money. Our guide Steffy is wonderful! She knows what she is doing. The atmosphere is warm and pleasant with her. You'll get to taste many different things, flavours and hidden gems. Don't eat before this!!! You won't Be hungry after.

My partner Jane and I really enjoyed the Secret Food Tour in Modena! We essentially enjoyed a seven-course meal over four hours at six locations, so with six short courses in terms of movement.
