Un plat principal chaud et un verre de vin dans un Bouchon familial ouvert il y a près de 100 ans. Vous avez un choix de plats typiques du style Bouchon dans le menu, comprenant des plats de viande, de poisson et végétariens.
Ici, nous prenons un expresso dans l'une des meilleures boutiques de café de Lyon avant de retourner dans la partie la plus ancienne de l'Hôtel-Dieu, pour boire les cafés et goûter la dernière friandise « secrète » pour terminer la visite.

I travel a great deal, and I can honestly say Nathalie’s hidden food tour of Lyon ranks among the very best tours I have ever done. My only regret is not booking it sooner! I was traveling solo, which can sometimes add a bit of stress to a group tour, but Nathalie immediately made me feel at ease and the whole experience was completely seamless. She is thorough, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable, and her genuine passion for both history and food is infectious. The tour was wonderfully well prepared, weaving in fascinating history at every stop alongside some truly delicious food. She has a gift for storytelling, and you can tell how much care she puts into every detail. On top of all that, she is one of the friendliest guides you could hope to meet. If you're visiting Lyon and love food, history, and good company, do yourself a favor and book Nathalie’s tour. You won’t regret it—just don't wait as long as I did! I really wish I had done it sooner so I can go to all her recommendations!

As food tours go, this was excellent. Great guide, lots of different tastings. Also, by luck, a very nice small group of around 8 people. I think the negative reviews that I've read about for this tour are actually a reflection of the local gastronomy. "La cuisine Lyonnaise" is very heavy and may not appeal to American palates. It's very different than what we think of as "traditional French." For example: we tasted a lot of sausage - much of it made from parts of the pig that Americans simply won't go near. I would certainly recommend this to anyone who really wants to understand the food of Lyon.
