Momo gave us a great tour - she gave us insights into local food and what Japanese people eat in different situations . We enjoyed the geisha district and museum, she took lovely pics for us. It was a very relaxed tour rather than being marched about , Moma is a warm, friendly person who happily answered all our questions

Kanazawa! We had an incredible guided tour of the Omicho Market, and it was easily one of the highlights of our trip. Our guide Yuji was absolutely amazing! They were incredibly knowledgeable, informative, and shared fascinating insights about the market's history, the local culture, and the seasonal seafood. Beyond being a great expert, they were also exceptionally kind, patient, and welcoming, making the whole experience engaging and fun for the entire family. The tour was great and our tour guide Momiji-san (Momo) was super nice and accommodating. And she speaks fantastic English! We learned a lot of new things and had opportunities to visit various shops and buy souvenirs, which were also explained to us. In addition, there were many opportunities to try food at the fish market and in the geisha district.

It is always a pleasure to explore more of Kanazawa with a local guide. The amazing Aiko explained everything simply and provided the group with recommendations that I can go back to. I only wish I could have tried more but I was already satisfied at sushi restaurant we tried nearly at the beginning! Highly recommended for solo travelers!
