That was the worse trip I have had, the tour bus was hit we had a 3 hour bus ride in the heat felt like we was closed in a box and besides that roaches was crawling on us and other passengers. I will not book that company again for the Miami to key west trip again. But on the return trip it was better the ac on the bus was good and no roaches. Thank you

The small amount of history was interesting but not worth the cost. Stopping at a tourist trap for 'breakfast' was insulting. $4.50 for a 10oz coke and a sign that says 'workers get $5/hr so tips are encouraged'. !!! CONFLICTING texts on meetup address and type of bus: Street number 450 verses 440 and white minibus verses red double-decker bus. UGH I have enjoyed viator bus tours in the past but this one didn't pass.
Thank you for your feedback. We do want to clarify a few things regarding your experience. First, the 440 or 450 address has absolutely nothing to do with our company. Our confirmation texts, tickets, and receipts clearly state the correct meeting point as **340 Biscayne Boulevard** — never 440 or 450. We kindly encourage you to double-check your confirmation email, receipts, and tickets where the correct address is clearly provided. Regarding the transportation, we also clearly state in both the tour description and the courtesy confirmation sent the day before the tour that if there are fewer than 14 passengers booked, transportation may be operated with a Sprinter van instead of the red double-decker bus. This policy is fully disclosed ahead of time and allows us to continue operating tours efficiently during lower passenger counts. We would also like to clarify that the breakfast stop is completely complimentary and optional. Guests are never required to purchase food or drinks. The stop is simply offered as a convenience for anyone who may want breakfast or refreshments during the tour. The Coca-Cola and any other items purchased were entirely your personal choice and not something required or encouraged by our company. Guests are more than welcome to skip purchasing anything if they prefer. We’re sorry the experience did not fully meet your expectations, but we truly appreciate your feedback and will continue working hard to improve the tour experience for all future guests.
This is transport only. You need to decide in advance how you will spend the day & book accordingly. Most of the options available are not cheap. Very little information provided on bus apart from “ask your friendly guide” who is also driving the bus at the same time ! The breakfast stop was at a small place (overpriced) with only one option & other buses were also there. Another bus from the same company had broken down so people were transferred to our bus which meant we were at capacity. Air conditioning then broke down on our bus. Could not recommend this tour.

Had the most amazing transfer to Key West with this company, they were puntual and professionals. Kids had a blast in Key West. What a charming Town.

The most important thing for those going on this trip to know is that the Holiday Inn closed about a year ago. You will be standing in front of an empty building. EVERYONE who got to this location wondared around looking to see if this was the right place. You definitely should update your information to include this. One group was dropped off by Uber and the driver was confused because of this. Parking at the Bayside parking garage was $50. Dios was a nice driver. He was upset when several members of our tour were 10 minutes late getting back on the bus when we stopped at McDonalds. This group didn't seem to mind that they made the rest of us wait before we left. Dios explained the importance of being on time and to be respectful of others. He did a great job driving and I felt very comfortable.

It has simply been used as a public meeting point address where guests wait outside to be picked up by the bus. We do not operate from the hotel, and we have no affiliation with the property. That said, we appreciate your comment and will work on making the instructions clearer so guests understand that it is only a pickup point outside the building, not a check-in location or facility connected to our company. Parking prices at the Bayside garage are set by the parking facility itself and can sometimes be higher depending on events or demand in the area. It is a long day, but that's clearly stated. Stopped for a quick breakfast. No toilet on the bus. Seats were comfortable and times were clearly stated and repeated

The tour was successful in getting you efficiently from Miami to Key West and back at a reasonable price. The prerecorded narration during the ride there was minimal and not very good. With very little expense it could have added much more to the experience to have a good informative recorded narration. Also, the pickup point was at the holiday inn. It was early and chilly and the holiday inn did not allow you inside for warmth or to use the restroom. While there was one rest stop on the way to Key West there was none going back to Miami. It would have been nice to have one on the 4 plus hours. While there was a bathroom on the bus, hard to use in a dark moving bus and it is not the greatest. The driver pulled over and stopped to use it. He could have stopped somewhere for 10 minutes to let everyone have a rest stop. I would recommend the tour if someone wanted a round trip ride from Miami to Key West, but not for anything more
