Very relaxed ride to Key West. Manny and the host were very polite. Gave information about different excursions that are available in Key West.
It was a good trip and loved Key West. However we started out on a very nice bus, then it broke down about 15 minutes outside Miami. The replacement bus was not as nice, and the communication could have been better about what was happening. All in all the trip was good.
Easy pick up and drop off. The snorkeling was amazing! So worth the long drive. Key West was great to experience.
Our guides were so nice! They were very prompt, communication was superb, and they had a lot of great historical facts they shared along our travels.

Something many people do not realize is that, even from Miami, it is STILL between three or four hours to Key West. If you drive it, then there's parking to deal with. It is a MUCH better option to let this excellent company do the driving! We did have a small issue with the breakdown of the bus just as the trip began, but they quickly got another bus out to us and resumed the trip. It was very comfortable and pleasant. Once in Key West, they present many different activities that you can purchase. I chose to make my own schedule, but the folks who took part in the snorkeling and boating trips said it was a fantastic journey. The six hours you're in the Keys will race by! Before you know it, you'll have to reboard the bus for the return trip. The staff was excellent, pleasant, bilingual (important for our Spanish speaking friends) and the lengthy time on the bus was mitigated by the comfort of the bus. Overall, a trip I would take again IN A HEARTBEAT!
Booked to spend a day in KW. Picked up in a smaller bus and ferried to our meet up. Bus was clean and staffed with bilingual “guide” and driver. Honestly matron would be a better description. No “guiding” on the ride down. Lots of upselling though. The stop for a quick breakfast at McD’s was an unpleasant surprise. We waited for a better type of breakfast and did not grab something at our hotel. Sidenote I dont eat McD on any other day. The return trip was where my gripe is centered. Slowly making making our way under the posted speed limit (waze app 35 -55 MPH) with other busses passing us by, and just a drop off with no information or another bus waiting for us. We quickly hopped an uber and left straight back to our hotel. Bottom line - expect city transit style trip or book something else.
Would not recommend at all bus broke down and the keys had to wait 4 1/2 hours for a new bus and then three hour ride back wouldn’t put us until like 2 AM getting back. They would not even help with a refund. We had to pay a $300 taxi fare to get back so we didn’t miss our flight, avoid at all costs
We sincerely regret the inconvenience experienced during your return journey to Miami. Unfortunately, the vehicle operating the return transportation suffered an unexpected mechanical failure due to a broken hose. This was an unforeseeable event that occurred after you had already arrived in Key West, enjoyed your time in the destination, and completed the activities included in your booking (Dolphin Watch Tour) Upon return, as soon as the issue was identified, a replacement vehicle was dispatched immediately. However, the route between Miami and Key West is not solely a highway route. Significant portions of the journey pass through towns and populated areas with lower speed limits, as well as sections of two-lane roads with restricted speeds and limited passing opportunities. As a result, despite our immediate response, the replacement vehicle required additional time, but it was 3:30 hs (not 4:30 hs). Since you were able to fully enjoy your stay in Key West and participate in the Dolphin Tour as planned, the activity portion of the booking was delivered in full and is therefore not eligible for a refund. However, the transportation was refunded immediately. Please check your credit card account. We regret the inconvenience!
It was a great experience traveling to Key West. It was a beautiful day and the views are amazing. You will enjoy it.
The staff who worked on the tour in the background were great. There was a person Julian and another person (unfortunately I can remember her name, I believe she may have been a co-ordinator or team leader with Julian). Both were fantastic. Highly recommended.
