We booked our Speyside Whisky tour with Robert as a special father & sons trip to celebrate my father’s birthday. From the moment we entered the car and met Robert, we knew that the entire day would be spent amongst friends and making life-long memories. We enjoy Scotch, but did not have a wealth of knowledge coming in. After this tour, we learned about the history, process and most importantly the culture behind Scotch craftsmanship and the beautiful Speyside region. We came in with some distilleries in mind, however, it was the added unexpected stops which Robert recommended which truly made this trip special. Don’t hesitate and book this amazing day trip!

Robert provided us with a wonderful Speyside Whiskey tour. He is very knowledgeable about scotch and set up a great selection of stops for a tour and tasting experiences. He is very flexible in terms of decision making and has a wonderful and relaxed manner. You feel as if you are touring with a friend. He is a very safe driver. We would highly recommend this tour

This tour was literally the highlight of our trip! We had the great fortune of having Robert as our tour guide. He met us with a great big smile and couldn’t do enough to make sure that we visited the places we wished to see and have the experience we wished to have. In addition he surprised us with several distilleries that were hidden gems and a trip to a restaurant that was outstanding and a perfect fit to the day. We had a fabulous day. Robert did a fantastic job—he was incredibly knowledgeable about the history and so kind in taking photos of us throughout the day. He also shared plenty of interesting stories, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The tastings we visited were excellent, and we truly loved seeing your beautiful country. We can't say enough good things about Robert. He was the ultimate guide for our whisky tour. We had not made reservations at any of the distilleries, so he had to wing it from scratch, but he expertly blended in distillery tastings, a tour, sightseeing, and local knowledge over the course of the day. We even hired him to take us to a remote inn the next day, and he also arranged for a friend to take our daughter back to Inverness a day early to catch a train. Total pro and great conversationalist. Thank you Robert and thank you Dave for the communication to put it together!

We went to Highlands and Speyside! He was everything and more than we could have imagined... Gave us amazing tips and tricks, helped us plan our stops, very knowledgeable! When our first day was finished, he was not only our driver, but our friend, and we couldn't wait for our next tour with him, which also proved to be just as amazing!! Robert is a professional driver you can trust. Being a whisky lover himself, I get a lot of information about distilleries and whiskey. I had him pick me up at the hotel, but he was waiting for me earlier than expected, so I was a punctual driver. On the day of the tour, we visited Glenlivet Distillery, which was closed so we couldn't taste it. But Robert suggested visiting the other distilleries and the rest of the distilleries that we were planning to visit on the day. The conversation in the car was also very enjoyable.

Excellent distillery tour with David, friendly, informed, always willing to adapt the tour according to our requests. 100% recommended.
