Tours de whisky personnalisés

Carole kept us on time and was very knowledgeable about the distilleries. It is very good to get a driver so you can taste all the whiskies.

We cannot express enough how wonderful our tour was. Carole is an angel and helped us plan the perfect day and Chris, our guide, gave us some incredible information throughout the day, as well as just being a generally great person. We had the best time and cannot recommend this tour enough!!! Thank you so much Carole and Chris!!!

Such a knowledgeable guide. He introduced us personally to all three distilleries. Suggested places for lunch and showed us the shop where Queen Elizabeth and the Queen Mother shopped in Beauly. Punctual and returned us to the shop in good time. Highly recommended.

The personalized whiskey tour was great. Our driver Carole took us to four different distilleries over the course of eight hours. Since we had a driver, we were allowed to sample whiskey at each stop. At Cardhu, I fed an apple to a Highland Cow which was great. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wishing to visit distilleries.

This review is actually for December of 2022, but I am unable to select that far back in time. BUT I think it speak volumes to what a great trip we had that I am leaving this review over a year later. Gordon was a wonderful host and arranged great stops along the way. He showed us some historical sites and had a wealth of knowledge about the surrounding areas. There were 4 us in total and he was able to accommodate us comfortably. Planning the trip was easy and we were able to say different places we would like to visit and he worked on making it happen. We were a challenging group because it was winter and still very much dealing with COVID restrictions, but he succeeded nonetheless. Then to add more challenges, we needed to adjust the trip due to an extra experience we wanted to add on and he was very flexible there. One of the stops he arranged, ended up being just the 5 of us and the staff which led to a very intimate tasting experience where we left feeling like locals. All in all, it was a wonderful time and if/when we make it back to the highlands, we plan to book another visit with Gordon. I'm only sorry I did not get this review posted sooner!

We booked Grandtours for 3 days. Gordon communicated with me months in advance and provided recommendations for distillery visits as well as made all reservations for distillery tours. He picked me and my family (4 people) in his spacious van from the Inverness airport. He drove us to all the distilleries (Glenlivet, Cardhu, GlenFarcis to name a few) and on the way gave us a wealth of information about Scotland. He also accommodated a last minute change and took us to see Loch Ness. Finally Samatha from his team drove us to Edinburgh Very patient, very helpful, just genuinely very nice ! Highly recommend !!!!

Our trip with Carole was perfect! Everything was specifically tailored to us and we could make decisions as we went along. She knew how to guide us without being pushy. It was clear that Carole had a good working relationship with the distilleries we chose and we are confident this holds true with the other distilleries as well. It made for an extra special day. We couldn't have asked for more!

Gordon took us on a fantastic tour of 4 Spyside distilleries with a lovely lunch. Gordon is fantastic, he is a great driver/guide with an extensive knowledge of the area and distilleries. We had a lot of fun with Gordon and would highly recommend booking him.

Gordon wish a tremendous host and guide. He took great care and attention to every detail of our day! We loved the way that Gordon also included a few historical stops to complement the whisky tours. We highly recommend Gordon to anyone!!
