Venez avec nous dans cette visite sans tracas: nous penserons à tout, du ramassage au dépôt! Vous découvrirez des productions biologiques locales comme le vinaigre balsamique biologique, l'huile d'olive extra vierge et les vins biologiques dans la campagne préservée d'Assise. Vous visiterez des vignobles et des oliveraies, une installation de vieillissement balsamique et une cave et comprendrez la vraie différence entre l'agriculture biologique et conventionnelle. Après les visites, vous assisterez à une dégustation guidée du vinaigre balsamique, de l'huile d'olive extra vierge et de 5 vins biologiques différents associés à une bruschette chaude avec de l'huile d'olive biologique, une sélection de fromages et de salami et de biscotti maison, bénéficiant d'une vue imprenable sur la vallée d'Assise.

Itinéraire
nous nous arrêterons avant au bâtiment de vinaigre balsamique où ils verront les fameux "caratelli", puis nous irons dans les vignobles pour montrer et expliquer l'agriculture biologique contre convetional. Après, nous ferons une petite promenade au milieu des oliveraies centenaires avant de nous rendre à la cave.
Ensuite, nous irons à la cave où ils verront toute la chaîne de production de la machine de pressage à la machine d'embouteillage et nous expliquerons la vraie vinification biologique. Ensuite, ils auront une dégustation guidée de 5 vins biologiques, d'huile d'olive extra vierge et de notre vinaigre balsamique jumelé avec une bruschette, une sélection de fromages et salami locaux et des biscotti maison

You get to see the whole operation! It is amazing. The barrels, the big containers of wine. All of it. Guilia was a wonderful host. And the wine was amazing.
We did this tour in May with a pickup option from Assisi. The tour was personalized, very detailed, and met all our expectations. All the processes, equipment, etc were explained well; we tasted around five wines and several cheeses and meats too. It was an insightful experience!

Excellent tour with a chance to see a small generational Organic winery in operation. The pick up/drop off in Assisi was excellent as we were able to see part of the countryside. It was a lovely afternoon capped with wine, olive oil and balsamic tasting. my husband and I would describe it as the perfect tour, knowledgeable host, not to long, with food at the end in a beautiful setting.

Fabulous tour! Lots of information about wine production, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Wine tasting was excellent as well as the food. I would highly recommend this tour.
Getting picked up by one of the tour guides who drives you to the vineyard and explains things along the way is an excellent experience. The exploration of the organic wine making process along with seeing of the process is a memorable way of learning. After seeing and learning about the processing of the grapes and olives it was delightful to sit down with some family members and have them pour wine, olive oil and taste them along with some charcuterie. The aged balsamic vinegar tasting and explanation tops off the whole experience in a comfortable setting.
Giulia picked us up, took us on a tour of the winery and then we had a fun tasting! Tasted several Tili wines and had light snacks! It was a perfect tour!
We had an AMAZING time and would highly recommend. The tour was so personal and we loved hearing all about the family and the work they do to keep producing organic products for the region! The food, wine, oils were all so good! Anna Laura is delightful!

Julia gave us a wonderful experience at the winery today, well informed, wines were great! I loved the balsamic vinegar and oil that come in "carry-on" amounts, as we are already overloaded to fly back to the states tomorrow! Laura was also lovely, I have a great respect for her and her husband, who carry on the tradition of many centuries at this winery! They are clearly dedicated to excellence and maintaining their organic history. Julia was just lovely, gave an excellent tour, spoke English very well which made us feel comfortable and contacted the taxi service to transport us back to old downtown Assisi. I would highly recommend this tour!

Absolutely wonderful! By far the best time my wife and I had in Italy. The tour was incredible, the food was delicious, and it was the best wine we have ever had! Everyone there is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend doing this if you are in the area!

We had a great time. We were picked up at the hotel as it was closer than the meeting spot. So extra points for that. It wasnt rushed. Highly recommend that 25 yr old Balsamic Vinegar.
