Xcaret is nice but the bus on the way to this tour was overcrowded which made the 2 hour ride miserable. As mentioned in other reviews watch what’s included in your price. There are a lot of extra fees once you’re in the park. Despite my negative comments I do think it’s worth seeing.
This tour is advertised as a share tour, the bus can hold up to 60 persons There are no extra fees, however, there are activities and things not included in the tour but not mandatory
Both the guide on the Angelica bus and Carlos Leandro at the Xcaret dinner were the people who made our trip an extra pleasurable one apart from the park being esepciobal.
Muchas gracias por compartirnos su experiencia, nuestro staff se preocupa para hacer de la aventura única
For me, the entire experience was a big disappointment. I would rather recommend it to families with children. We booked through TUI, but apart from paying them, they had no involvement whatsoever. We only speak English and German, so it was quite interesting to listen to 45 minutes of Spanish explaining what to expect in the park. Later, the Xcaret tour guide mentioned that there were two English-speaking families on the entire bus and that he would soon explain it to us as well. He did, hurriedly, in about five minutes. Understanding his English with a Spanish accent wasn’t easy, no matter how much we tried to focus. At the entrance, he told us when the buses would leave and then said goodbye. We paid $198 per person (there were four of us), and for that amount, I expected TUI to represent themselves and provide assistance. We didn’t even wait for the evening show because the poor start of the day had already ruined our entire experience. I’d rather call it a zoo, and for me, it wasn’t worth the money.
This reviewer did not booked with our company, they claim to have booked with the TUI company We are Cancun Tour Outlet, not TUI tour company

We were beyond impressed by this beautiful park. We spent the whole day there and we barely got to see just a fraction of what Xcaret has to offer. We will be back next year!
Xcaret does indeed have something for everyone, we are glad that you got to enjoy it and explore as much as you could We hope to welcome you again next year, we'll make sure to have something new waiting for you!
This place is so much fun for all ages. They have a bird Avery, Cenotes, a beach, shows, amazing restaurants. We had a blast. Highly recommend.
Xcaret has something special for everyone! There are many things to do, you might not even be able to see and do them all in a single day We hope to see you again soon for your next adventure!
Xcaret +: very nice day. Departure from the hotel 6:55 a.m., return after 10 p.m. It was going to be a long day, but everything went well. I had inquired about Xcaret, it was strongly suggested to download the application: it is useless. There are large maps on site that say "you are here". In addition, the application takes us to paid activities (surplus $$). Also, don't waste your time taking photos with the stations located all over the site, it will cost you $150 US in the end, unless you want to pay that amount, you can't buy one or 2 ... We did: underground river swimming with life jacket and fins, visit to theme parks - there are many, but it's done -, dinner in a buffet, snorkeling, magnificent end-of-day show evening. We took the VIP tickets for the dinner show: it was worth it, we had excellent seats for the show and we were served throughout the show.
Merci beaucoup de partager cette aventure avec nous Xcaret est un endroit incroyable plein de nature, il y a beaucoup de choses à faire et quelque chose de spécial pour chacun
We really enjoyed this park. Loved all the animals and the feeling of being in nature. Floating the river was awesome. The beaches are gorgeous. The food is great. Great place to go as a couple or with the family!
Xcaret has everything! It's the great combination of nature, culture and amazing people We are happy to know that you got the chance to experience it! Come back soon! There's plenty more to explore
We arrived at the park around 10 am and got back to our hotel around 10 pm. While it was a long day, it was a ton of fun.
Xcaret is an amazing and huge park filled with plenty activities and shows It is indeed a long adventure, but it's worth it all the way Thank you for letting us share this adventure with you
I usually visit national and ecological parks but the Xcaret park surprised me, in spite of its large surface it is a place that can be seen in its entirety in one day, but you have to be very organized with your time and you will not be able to rest, in short, you walk a lot but everything is worth it. It is a beautiful place with a real connection with nature, and a lot of culture. The best of all is without a doubt the show in the theatre at the end of the day. It is very emotional and exciting. Highly recommended in its entirety.
Xcaret even being a big park, it is completly natural with a mix with Mexican Culture We appreciate the kind words, we would love to welcome you again
