Nous viendrons vous chercher au port de croisière dans un véhicule privé conduit par un chauffeur/guide roatán natif, assurant une expérience entièrement personnalisée rien que pour vous. Ensuite, nous vous emmènerons à West Bay Beach au Henry Morgan Beach Resort, où votre carte journalière incluse fournit un bracelet pour un fauteuil de plage réservé, des toilettes et un accès à une douche d'eau douce. De là, montez sur un bateau pour une courte promenade panoramique de 5 minutes jusqu'à l'aquarium Blue Rock pour une aventure de 45 minutes en apnée, où vous aurez un capitaine et un guide pour vous aider tout au long de l'excursion dans l'eau. L'heure de rendez-vous est prévue une heure après l'accostage de votre navire au port. L'heure du navire et l'heure locale peuvent différer, nous avons donc ajusté l'heure du rendez-vous en conséquence. Si l'heure d'arrivée de votre navire change, l'heure de rendez-vous restera une heure après votre arrivée. Si possible, vous pouvez débarquer plus d'une heure après l'amarrage, car nos représentants sont disponibles avant l'arrivée de votre navire. Rassurez-vous, si vous ne pouvez pas venir dans l'heure, nos représentants vous attendront. INSTRUCTIONS PORT DE CROISIÈRE DE MAHOGANY BAY CARNIVAL : COMMENT NOUS TROUVER * Traversez le centre commercial. * Sortez par la passerelle couverte pour trouver les taxis et les bus Carnival. * Tournez à gauche lorsque vous atteignez la route et montez jusqu'à la porte de sécurité. * Descendez la petite colline et en bas, vous verrez notre personnel tenant une pancarte indiquant « ROATÁN TUCAN ADVENTURES ». INSTRUCTIONS DE RÉUNION POUR LE "PORT DE ROATAN, COXEN HOLE. • Lorsque vous descendez du navire, entrez dans le port. Passez devant les magasins, passez devant les roches artificielles et la peinture sur le mur à votre droite. • Tournez à droite où vous trouverez le magasin « Piraña Joe ». • Continuez à avancer. Tournez à droite avant d'arriver à la « Boutique de cadeaux Tucán ». • Passez sous le toit couvert et suivez les panneaux du port en direction de « Bureaux du port », « Taxi » et « Sortie ». Vous arriverez à un pavillon couvert bordé de chaque côté de stands qui seront occupés par des entreprises faisant la promotion de leurs tournées. • Continuez tout droit dans cette zone, en suivant le chemin du trottoir tout droit. Cherchez la porte de sécurité 1, veuillez sortir par là. • Nous serons juste devant la barrière de sécurité avec un panneau indiquant « ROATAN TUCAN ADVENTURES ». Si vous séjournez dans un hôtel à Roatan, donnez-nous simplement vos coordonnées et votre adresse et nous viendrons vous chercher à la bonne heure et à la bonne date. Notre équipe veillera à ce que tout se passe bien, afin que vous viviez une expérience sans tracas.

Kendol Thomas was the best tour guide our family has ever had. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again on our next visit.
We visited Roatan on 5/27. We came in on a cruise and some friends on a different cruise line on the same day. Out of all the tours going that day, Roatan Toucan Adventure had the most professional looking reps. Both David and Nathan went out of their way to make sure our day was exceptional. After we snorkeled, they took us to a local restaurant for lunch. They ensured we all make it back to the ship in ample time.
Fred our guide was amazing! Told us about the areas as we drove through, pointed things out for us as well. The only complaint I had was the aggressive vendors on the beach. They are interrupting conversations and not listening when they’re told no multiple times. Other than that it was amazing experience.
We had a great time. Very detailed instructions on how to find our driver. We absolutely loved our driver, Tirsa. She was very informative and offered to take us anywhere we wanted to go. My son became sick and she was really quick and helpful to work around our situation and get us back to the ship. The boat tour was beautiful but fast paced. I had a hard time keeping up. My mom couldn’t swim, so our guide pulled her with a lifejacket and rope so she could enjoy. We would’ve loved longer out there, but knew what the timeframe would be when we booked this. Both crew members were so helpful to all of us. The chairs and pool area were really nice. The only downfall was everyone trying to sell you items. However, they’re all over the beach, so can’t get away from it. Couldn’t sit in the chair and enjoy the view due to everyone holding up signs, bracelets, etc. I would absolutely book again just for the peace of mind of having our own private driver. We felt we got an amazing deal for all that we were given.
This was our first non-cruiseline excursion. We had concerns about meeting without a larger group and making sure we arrived back timely to board the ship. These were both easily handled. The instructions were easy and clear to meet our tour guide for the day Carlos! He was exceptional and kept us informed throughout our day. We arrived timely and within an hour were ready to hop on our boat and begin snorkeling. The reef is magical and is my wife's happy place. I can't say enough to be able to enter their environment and swim alongside the fish and other wildlife. After it was completed we got plenty of beach time and a very calm and enjoyable beach area. We wanted a little more of the "local" Honduras experience and Carlos was happy to make a stop for a mountainside lunch at a local restaurant. The views were breathtaking to see the sea, port and our cruise ship from the vantagepoint. Carlos kept us informed and made it back to the port easily ahead of our boarding time.
Our tour with Renie with Roatán Tucan Adventures was great. We booked the snorkeling and beach day but since it was raining a bit he pivoted and gave us a city tour as well. We got to see a lot of the island. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great excursion day. The snoring turned out to be great, the reef is beautiful.
The tour guide was amazing. The beach club was very average. The beach chairs were old and some falling apart. The snorkeling adventure was terrible, if not, downright dangerous. The guys that drove the boat looked like they were teens. After we got on our way, we realized they didn’t speak English. They gave us orange standard life jacket and told us to wear it around our waist. Got a snorkel and mask, no flippers! No guide- were on our own with fairly strong current. It was very hard to stay together with our family. When we got back in boat, we found out that the motor quit working. Another boat was tied to ours like they were going to pull us back in. We waited for probably 10 people get back in that boat, remove their equipment, get rinsed off by the guide. After that, they dropped the rope and took off. Then a catamaran pulled us close and gave the boys a tool so they could try to fix it, without success, of course. Luckily another passenger spoke Spanish so we were able to get bits and pieces of what was going on. Finally, another boat came out and we had to climb in the other boat, which again was dangerous for some passengers. The boat brought us back to shore but it was way farther away from where we started so we had to walk back- they did send someone to escort us. Unfortunately, it was a very poor experience and very dangerous. I really expected more from your company. Our experience in Belize the day before was so much better!

Diana was friendly, knowledgeable and provided excellent care and customer service. She watched out dor us and facilitated a very smooth experience. The reef and snorkeling were breathtaking. Have reserved lounge chairs was a bonus.
Our tour guide Fred was amazing! He stayed right with us all day and went out of his way to show us around Rotan! We give TripAdvisor and Fred 5 stars!
