Informations importantes Veuillez noter : Toutes les visites fonctionnent à l'heure du navire, pas à l'heure locale de l'île, sauf indication contraire. Notre personnel sera au port à partir du moment où votre navire accostera et vous attendra au point de rendez-vous désigné. Isla Tropicale – Port de Carnaval, Roatán Instructions de ramassage : Pour rencontrer notre personnel, vous marcherez environ 2 à 5 minutes à l'extérieur du terminal. Si vous préférez, vous pouvez également prendre un taxi pour 2 $ par personne au point de rendez-vous à l'extérieur du port. Notre personnel vous attendra avec un panneau indiquant « 2K’s Adventures Tours ». Heure de ramassage : Une heure après l'arrivée de votre navire, ou dès que vous êtes en mesure de débarquer et de rejoindre le point de rendez-vous. Amarrage 1 – Port de Roatán Après avoir quitté le navire, marchez à travers le port devant les magasins et le mur peint. Tournez à droite dans l'allée à travers la zone du kiosque offrant des visites indépendantes. Suivez la passerelle couverte et les panneaux indiquant « Bureaux portuaires », « Taxi » et « Sortie ». Continuez tout droit à travers la zone pavillonnaire et sortez par la porte 1 — la porte qui mène au centre-ville. Notre équipe vous attendra juste devant la porte avec une pancarte indiquant « 2K’s Adventures Tours ». Les clients séjournant sur l'île Nous offrons un service de ramassage et de retour pour les clients séjournant dans des hôtels, des complexes hôteliers ou des Airbnb. Veuillez indiquer le nom de votre hébergement et votre chauffeur sera là pour venir vous chercher à l'heure que vous avez choisie.

We met the tour company employee at the gate of the port and were then directed to follow our driver to retrieve his vehicle for the tour. There were four of us (one used a cane and had difficulty walking far distances). We were assured we were only going to walk a short distance, but it was not! And it was so hot out. We thought they could have at least brought the car to us. Once there, the driver told us to wait on the sidewalk and he walked into a lot & got into a pickup truck after He cleaned out the junk in the back seat and then picked us up on the sidewalk. We were shocked. This vehicle was so small for 5 adults with 3 of us were crammed in the back seat. The air conditioning barely worked and the truck was dirty and had a crack in the windshield. I was so upset but the driver said it would be fine and we would have fun. That truck dashboard was lit up like a Xmas tee with every warning light lit up. We commented about that and the driver just repeated “we would have fun”. He said he would take us around the island but honestly we were just driving to the Animal Sanctuary and didn’t see anything of interest on the way. The route he took us on at one point was so bumpy, we thought the truck was going to tip over! The Animal Sanctuary was fun and we did enjoy it . After this we went to the Rum Tasting which was nice and the Chocolate making store which was so crowded we didn’t even stay. Our final stop was the Roatan sign. The driver offered to take our picture which was nice. There was also a little store across the street that we stopped in. After this we went back to the port. We did tip the driver but feel this tour could have been so much better. That vehicle should not have been allowed to take passengers anywhere in the condition it was in. It was definitely not safe. I would NOT use this tour company again.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify a few points regarding your experience. Your reservation was made for a party of 4, and there were only 4 of you in the vehicle, not 5 as mentioned in the review. Your driver, Kevin, was operating a Toyota Tacoma, which we have used for our tours without previous complaints. Regarding the pickup, on busy cruise days—especially when two large cruise ships are in port—we are not permitted to bring our vehicles directly in front of the port entrance. Roatán is a small island with limited road space, and stopping there can obstruct traffic and potentially result in a fine. For this reason, guests are directed to the designated pickup area. We also understand your comments about the roads. Some roads on the island are currently rough and bumpy because of ongoing highway reconstruction and road work. Unfortunately, these conditions are beyond our control, and some routes can be uncomfortable while the construction is taking place. Another factor beyond our control is the weather. Roatán is a tropical island, and this time of year can be extremely hot. When vehicles are sitting in the heat, especially with the doors opening and closing as guests enter, it can take some time for the air conditioning to cool the vehicle down. We certainly understand that this can be uncomfortable, but the weather and outside temperature are not something we can control. We have never previously received a complaint regarding Kevin or this vehicle, but we take your concerns seriously and will look into the condition of the vehicle and what happened during your tour. We are glad that you enjoyed the Animal Sanctuary, rum tasting, and some of the other stops. We are sorry that the overall experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue working to improve our service.

Our guide Noel with the Monkey Sloth tour was awesome, He was funny, a joker, but very knowledgeable about the animals. Loved his sense of humor. Highly recommend this tour to anyone. It was awesome holding the sloth or while holding the monkeys/snake.

Our tour guide Chris was super knowledgeable out the island and the goings on. He went above and beyond to make this trip super special by going off our planned route to stop at lunch and other places we wanted to visit even going out to a convenience store to get us a bottle of hot sauce we loved when on lunch. Cannot recommend this experience enough! Just go do it!

The experience was great. I would have given 5 stars if we were at the sanctuary longer. The stop by the sign was not necessary. All together it was fun and David was part of the fun.

Easy to find our guide Rex, he was informative and easy to talk with. Chocolate tasting was great. Rum tasting was good but expensive. Enjoyed the Monkey's and Sloth facility and Arthus was a fantastic guide

Vincent was a fantastic, energetic tour guide. We could tell from the moment we met him that he loved the island and wanted to share the love with us. We had a wonderful time seeing the island and stopping at some really neat viewing spots to take photos. I really wanted to see sloths and although we couldn’t hold them, we were able to get really close to take pictures and selfies with them. We were able to have greater interactions with the macaws and capuchin monkeys. We then went to a chocolate factory to see production from cocoa pod to chocolate bar. It was incredible and the chocolate was the best I’ve ever had. Yes, we purchased a nice collection of mini bars in a variety of flavors to enjoy back in the states. Next, we went to a rum tasting. I didn’t enjoy the rum, but in my opinion the view from the rum store’s deck was one of the most picturesque spots in all of Roatan. Our final stop before returning to the port was to take a photo at the famous Roatan sign. It was a wonderful and unforgettable day. I highly recommend this tour and be sure to ask for Vincent!

Rex our driver gave us an amazing tour of the beautiful island of roatan. The animal encounter at the safari park and trip to the west end is definitely a must do.
