Nous commencerons par une brève introduction à la vie et à l'œuvre de Diego Rivera. Ce lieu a été témoin de la naissance de l'amour entre Diego Rivera et Frida Kahlo, le couple le plus emblématique de l'art mexicain.
Un site comprenant deux cours et trois niveaux.
Admirez l’une des œuvres les plus célèbres et représentatives du muralisme mexicain, un chef-d’œuvre qui tisse l’essence de Día de Muertos et la figure emblématique de La Catrina.

We really enjoyed our mural tour with Leo. Very interesting to learn the history and politics along with the art, and lots of in depth and engaging information and answers to our questions. We visited a lot of sites that we wouldn’t have known about without the guide.

Our guide Sofia was exceptional. She knows her Mexican history and has in depth knowledge of the murals, the artists, and the historical context. We visited the most significant murals as well as some lesser known murals in a public market. We could have easily spent 2 full days with Sofia - there is so much to see and understand if feels like we barely scratched the surface. And her English is excellent.
After a small glitch with the meeting place, the tour was excellent. We learned so much from our knowledge and enthusiastic guide.

Our guide shared very little of the history and context of Mexican muralism. Unless we asked questions, we got little info. Nothing on why/how/when muralism began. Scant explanation of individual murals. We were very disappointed.
We regret that the information shared during the tour was not sufficient. Our objective is to provide clear and comprehensive context on every visit, and we will review this internally to ensure our standards are properly met.
