Embarquez pour une demi-journée / visite d'une journée complète de la ville d'Accra en visitant le mausolée et le parc Kwame Nkrumah, dernier lieu de repos du Dr Kwame Nkrumah, le premier président du Ghana. Le mausolée a été visité par de nombreux dignitaires du monde.
Arrêtez-vous sur la place de l'Indépendance, le terrain de cérémonie en plein air d'Accra où se déroulent toutes les célébrations nationales, pour prendre des photos.
Visitez la boutique de cercueils au design unique où les cercueils sont produits selon la croyance africaine de la vie après la mort. Par conséquent, les cercueils sont conçus pour refléter la profession terrestre du défunt avec la conviction qu'ils peuvent continuer à exercer cette profession dans l'autre monde. Ainsi, un chauffeur de bus sera enterré dans un bus, un enseignant dans un livre, un médecin dans une seringue, etc.

We had an excellent experince with Modesta as our guide and Michael our driver. My Uncle isn't that mobile and they took great care and consideration of this. Modesta is so knowledgeable and she goes the extra mile with snippets of information about life in Ghana as you travel between your touristic venues. I highly recommend Hausa Tours and if you should be lucky enough to get Modesta you will find her to be so charming and she goes the extra for you.

Even though I have been to Accra many times , had never taken the time to visit the key tourist spots. The Accra city tour brought the city to life in a way we hadn’t experienced before from Jamestown to Independence square , the museum , Nkrumah memorial and the craft market to name a few . The bus was well air conditioned and comfortable, the tour guide very pleasant and knowledgeable. He made sure that we got guided tours at every location which provided additional insight . Learned a lot about Ghanaian history and culture especially the links to Nigeria - i.e. The Gan’s were originally from Ile ife in Nigeria !

Our tour guide extraordinaire Fuseini Nawarui and the staff of Hausa Tours were the best. We were pampered and educated on the customs and traditions of Ghanian culture. From Accra to Kumasi and Cape Coast and areas in between. Many of us that have read about or have connections were able to rekindle our spirit each and every day of this 10 day tour. The foods were excellent but most of all the hospitality and genuine attention of the people to our visit was second to none. This was our initial visit and we are planning on returning soon.
