Rosa was our guide. She communicated early and was easy to locate. We booked semi-private tour but it ended up being just our family. It was perfect! Rosa was very knowledgeable. Made sure we got close to all the pieces of art to take great pictures. And told us history that we would have missed. So glad we booked it! Thanks Rosa!

We are a family of 4, including twin 10 year old girls, from Houston, TX USA. We had a fantastic tour with Saif, who was waiting for us in the square when we arrived. We were visiting Florence during a heatwave, so it was great to get to skip the very long line and walk into the air conditioned museum right away. This is a small museum, most famous for the David, and we thought that a one hour tour was just right, especially with kids. Saif did a great job of explaining the background, history, and thought process of Michelangelo, and we learned so much more from him than we ever would have on our own. We highly recommend this tour if you want to see and learn about the David. It really is something you should see in person once in your life. Grazie!

Rosa was very knowledge and passionate about the art explaining not only what the pieces were but also how they fit in during the time period and culture that they were created. She also took some amazing photos of us by the Statue of David. Would definitely recommend!

Rosa was an incredible guide. Although the Academia Galleria was free the day of our tour, the cost of the tour was well worth it. She is very professional and her knowledge of renaissance art & history is excellent. We learned many “secrets “ about the statue of David.
