Explorez une cave familiale près de Padoue et plongez dans les vins produits. Situé dans une ferme historique en pierre, participez à la dégustation qui présente quatre vins distinctifs reflétant notre terroir : mousseux, rosé et rouges élaborés à partir de merlot, de cabernet et de nombreux autres cépages autochtones d'Italie. Le guide expliquera les pratiques viticoles. techniques de cave et astuces de sommelier professionnel. Associez chaque vin à une sélection de spécialités régionales, notamment du salami artisanal « Sopressa » et un trio de fromages affinés.

Niché au pied du majestueux Castello del Catajo, un chemin de campagne serein s'écarte de la route principale pour révéler une résidence de campagne aristocratique. Ici, l'architecture, la cour en trachyte et les bâtiments agricoles font écho à l'attachement profond de la famille Salvan pour la terre. Dans la cour se trouvent les caves, entourées de vastes vignes. This is such a wonderful wine tasting experience! The hosts are very knowledgeable about their wine and the winery itself is so beautiful! The wines were all delicious and the hosts very gracious. Giorgio even gave us a ride to the train station after our tasting!! We would come back any time we are in Italy, would highly highly recommend l.

We really enjoyed our tour of the grapes and the wine tasting. Our host answered all our questions and provided us with education and local cheese and meat tastings. We really enjoyed and highly recommend this tour.

Highly recommended to discover a wonderful farm of this land. You can feel the love of this family for the activity and the search for quality for wines production. Amazing tour of the vineyards, where you can discover how the works on soil, and the variety of grapes. Excellent wines, among the best we have ever tasted; the host was very kind and enthusiastic, the tour is well organized and makes you feel immediately at ease.
