Tour dans les collines du Prosecco depuis Padoue
Description
Ce circuit à travers les collines de Valdobbiadene et le Prosecco DOCG vous mènera dans la haute région de Trévise, à un peu plus d'une heure de route de Venise, le long de l'amphithéâtre naturel qui s'ouvre entre Conegliano et Valdobbiadene. Un scénario unique reconnu au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO depuis 2019. La visite comprend la visite de lieux enchanteurs tels que le Molinetto della Croda et l'abbaye cistercienne de Santa Maria di Follina, deux des coins les plus évocateurs de la région de Trévise. Pour le déjeuner, nous visiterons une cave familiale pour une dégustation de vins accompagnée de produits typiques locaux : un arrêt obligatoire pour connaître les méthodes de production et goûter l'excellence de la région. Enfin, nous ferons un arrêt dans une deuxième cave pour terminer la journée en trinquant avec un verre du prestigieux Cartizze, l'un des types de Prosecco les plus renommés.

Itinéraire
Un ancien moulin à eau datant du 16ème siècle. Le bâtiment a été érigé en plusieurs phases et les fondations du bâtiment d'origine reposent sur de la roche nue, appelée « croda » (littéralement falaise).
Follina, petite ville au pied des Préalpes Trévise-Bellunesi, est un point central du circuit du tourisme religieux qui conduit à la découverte de lieux riches en spiritualité et dévotion et d'une grande valeur artistique.
Nous visitons d’abord une cave de Prosecco avec une visite guidée où vous verrez et comprendrez tous les différents processus de production du Prosecco. Ensuite, une dégustation de vins vous attend avec quelques verres de Prosecco Superiore DOCG.
La région nord de Trévise nous enchante avec ses collines aux épaisses rangées de vignes, ses châteaux imposants et ses charmantes églises paroissiales. La route du Prosecco traverse la bande de collines au pied des Préalpes de Trévise. Depuis plus de 100 ans règne le Prosecco, ce vin mousseux unique par son caractère agréable et facile à boire.

As a lover of Prosecco I could not miss this excursion! The minivan tour among the UNESCO World Heritage Sites was already spectacular in itself! Each stage was carefully studied and accompanied by interesting explanations that made the experience even more engaging. The presence of our super Nicola escort was fundamental: attentive, passionately prepared, able to create a pleasant atmosphere, take care of every detail and make everyone feel comfortable during the entire experience. The first tasting allowed us to get to know the quality and tradition of Prosecco up close, but the highlight was undoubtedly the second tasting dedicated to Cartizze, rightly defined the elite of Prosecco: an elegant, refined wine, which tells the territory in every sip! If I could rate this more than 5 stars I would. The Prosecco region is stunning. And the wines are the best I’ve ever tasted. Our guide, Chiara, was a gem. So knowledgable. So concerned about making this the best possible experience for her guests - plus she’s just interesting and funny! I have been to many vineyards in Italy and these 2 were just spectacular. The Abby and the mill were incredibly lovely. Book this tour you will not regret it!

We chose to celebrate my birthday with a day in the Prosecco region, led by Chiara. During the trip, we were fascinated by the breathtaking views we saw from the window, accompanied by its detailed explanations and many interesting ideas. Chiara took us on two historic stages: a striking abbey and a waterfall with a mill, both immersed in scenarios of extraordinary beauty. Next, we stopped at two carefully selected wineries. The first stop was Vigne Matte, where we took part in a guided tour and delighted ourselves with a rich buffet of cold cuts, cheeses and bread, followed by a Prosecco tasting. The second winery, Cartizze PDC, offered us a completely different experience. More intimate and authentic, it is renowned for producing one of the best Proseccos in the world, which we enjoyed while admiring a simply incredible panoramic view. Chiara, with her competence, friendliness and attention, turned this day into a very special experience.

The transport was super precise and pleasant. The landscape is very suggestive, the tasting excellent both for wines and food, with typical products of the area. We visited two wineries, the owners were super welcoming and involved us a lot with their stories. Recommended!!
