Thie Tour guide seemed to be handling two groups at the same time, which became confusing. There are also bigger places in cancun that we could have been taken to shop. We also never received the jewelry piece that we were told would come with the tour.
This experience was 3 hours of visiting high end and mediocre shops trying to sell you anything they could. There was one hour of visiting the Maya Museum which was good. You virtually saw nothing of Cancun beyond a mile from the beach hotel and there was no narration or sightseeing tour.

Per usual I booked a private tour and chose the most expensive one I could find. 2,500 pesos for a tasting, shopping and lunch. The vehicle was nice, comfortable there were two drivers which was cool. It that is the end of my positive comments. The selection for the tour was it worth the time or any valued experience. This tour was nothing more than an uber ride. In our next to last destination we were actually LEFT at the venue! No tour guide, all of the exhibits were in Spanish and of course that’s fine but damn!!!!! I don’t speak nor read Spanish. So when we were finished I was prepared to board my private vehicle which was no where to be found. I called the number and got a message and disconnected. When the driver contacted me, they said they had to get gas and would be there soon. Tf!!!!! We were waiting for 35 minutes and we did not even have time remaining to have our lunch. So not even a full tour. Lesson learned. I’ll be asking for a refund. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company or good luck!

Driver was very punctual and friendly. The trip is a tour around Cancun in a mini bus with a stop at the Cancun sign for photographs and then a stop at a jewellery store and a gift shop/restaurant. A little bit of hard selling going on in the stores and the food stop was pricey despite having a credit of $200MXN. We had 1 dish each (as a couple) 1 beer and a coke and it cost $58 USD

They gave us only 5 Minutes to take our pictures at CANCUN sign. I wish they take us shopping for where we want to go not choice of driver. Thanks.

The driver was nice. However, the tour was a waste of time. We only went to the Cancun sign, wine tasting, then to a restaurant. We had to wait over an hour for a couple who was shopping. Not worth the money or time.

Honestly was one of the worst tours I ever experienced! Would not recommend, they don’t do half of the activities listed in the itinerary nor do they give you the food voucher and the places they do take you It’s all a Shark Tank to get you to buy their products and if you don’t buy, they get an attitude..
