Après une visite guidée avec une explication détaillée des structures préhispaniques bien conservées du site archéologique de Tulum, telles que "El Castillo" ou "El Templo del Dios Descendente", vous passerez un bon moment à explorer le site archéologique par vous-même et prenez d'excellentes photos. La baignade dans un magnifique Cenote souterrain est également incluse. Comprend le transport aller-retour avec air conditionné. Nous vous cherchons à votre hôtel! Visite guidée de 15 minutes d'explication dans le site archéologique de Coba. Vous aurez 1 heure de temps libre pour prendre des photos dans les pyramides. Incluant l'entrée de la zone archéologique + 1 bouteille d'eau
Vous pourrez profiter de vous rafraîchir et de nager dans ce magnifique cénote souterrain ! A partir du mois d'août, le Cenote sera Kuxtal.
Vous découvrirez le centre de cette belle ville, entourée de couleurs, de plage et de vie nocturne

Transport aller-retour depuis la plupart des hôtels de la Riviera Maya. Dès la réservation de la visite, contactez-nous via WhatsApp pour vous informer de l'hôtel où vous séjournez sur la Riviera Maya, ou vous serez informé du point de rendez-vous. À Tulum, la prise en charge se fera par Super AKI. Il n'y a pas de prise en charge depuis les hôtels ou Airbnb.

It is a good way to get to know Tulum, in our case coming from Cancun; the only downside is that the journey is quite long, but that has nothing to do with the agency. It is interesting to know the archaeological zone of Tulum and Coba. The cenote part is the best, to cool off from the heat. They included a breakfast box lunch on the bus.

We thought it was the best way to meet Tulum, hiring this excursion. We knew the archaeological site. We visited the beaches. All very beautiful

Eloy is a great guide, despite a torrential rain, did not lose enthusiasm or energy and even included the rain as part of the story in Tulum. I would always recommend it!

Not a 4-1 tour! Small minibus, im 5’8 but space for my legs! Changed bus 3 times! Spent 1/2 day dropping off people , picking up and waiting g for buses. For the final destination on the outskirts of plays Carmen , the bus abruptly stopped and we were ordered to get off as another bus and driver were waiting to take us back to Cancun. When we tried to explain that our tour was not done yet , they threatened to leave us stranded if we continued on with the rest of the group. We tried to speak to a supervisor but we were ignored and no one spoke English. When i eventually contacted the company via text , they were extremely rude and unhelpful. DO NOT USE THOSE COMPANY, there are dozens of others to choose from. The partial refund we got was 25 usd for 2 people where we paid 255 dollars with taxes and gratuity included! ( 10 percent refund!) Btw we we the only English speaking people on the tour , do not take this of you want a good quality, English speaking comfort tour. I’ve been on dozens of similar tour around the world in the past but never on one this bad. AVOID!
You are ungrateful and rude, you should allow us this comment, attach the screenshots where you threatened us, wanting a private and personalized tour, when you pay for a regular tour. We also told you 2 days before, that we had no English tour available that day, and you still agreed to do the tour. We loved the tour of cenotes and tulum, the archaeological area was very interesting, the guides knew a lot. It is highly recommended

was another of the activities we did with the agency, and we liked it too. very interesting the history of the ruins, the guides with a lot of knowledge. interesting Tulum.

We had a great time! Our guide was Hector and our driver was David. They were both awesome. There were only a couple of us who spoke English in the group but Hector did a great job making sure we understood all the information. He was great at informing us but also giving us time to explore on our own. They weren’t trying to sell us anything either, they just wanted to make sure we were having a great time. I recommend eating before for sure, we didn't eat until before the cenote but the food was delicious! (If you are vegetarian I wouldnt recommend). Overall, we had a great time and had lots of fun!

I want to say nothing was enough time... But all that we did, filled the day. 7am to 8:30pm seems like I want more but there wasn't time😃

A horrible experience!! Upon booking this excursion my hotel was listed as a pick up point ....after booking less than 24 hours of the reservation start time
