Profitez-en et découvrez Islas Mujeres ! À bord de notre catamaran, nous naviguerons ensemble sur les eaux claires et calmes de la mer des Caraïbes. Au cours de notre voyage vers Islas Mujeres, nous profiterons d'une navigation inoubliable. Nous ferons plusieurs activités pendant la visite, plongée en apnée pour voir les statues sous la mer et le récif, détente au club de plage, open bar, temps libre sur la plage nord, fête et concours à bord. Toujours entouré d'un environnement tropical.

Itinéraire
Nous nous retrouvons au point de rendez-vous à "COCO BONGO" Playa del Carmen sur l'Avenida 10 et la Calle 12.
Nous nous enregistrerons et partirons de la Plaza la Isla. Nous naviguerons sur le catamaran à deux niveaux où nous nous promènerons dans le canal de la lagune Nichupte. Ils auront un open bar à bord du bateau.
Plongée en apnée et navigation vers Isla Mujeres : A cette époque, nous ferons de la plongée avec tuba dans les statues sous la mer et le récif. Ensuite, nous naviguerons vers Isla Mujeres.
Une fois à Islas Mujeres, vous pourrez déjeuner dans notre club de plage. Ils auront un buffet et un bar ouvert au restaurant.
Temps libre sur l'île. Vous pouvez vous promener dans le centre, visiter l'île, aller à la plage ou tout ce que vous voulez.
Sur le chemin du retour, vous apprécierez admirer le coucher du soleil, la fête et les concours à bord.
Retournez au point de rendez-vous au "Coco Bongo" à Playa del Carmen sur l'Avenida 10 et la Calle 12.

Nous vous recommandons d'être prêt 5 minutes à l'avance au moment convenu. Nous tenons à préciser qu'il est possible que le transport n'attende PAS les passagers s'ils ne sont pas prêts au point convenu et à l'heure convenue. Le service de transport terrestre sera réservé aux passagers qui choisissent l'option « AVEC TRANSPORT TERRESTRE ». Si vous choisissez "SANS TRANSPORT TERRESTRE" vous devez vous présenter à notre check-in à 11h30

We had a good time the boat ride was fun and exciting the beach at Isla Mujeres was so calm and beautiful really enjoyed spending the day there.
The experience on board was amazing, the crew took very good care of us and the trip was better than expected. If you bring your own car keep in mind that there is no parking, they have a place where they park your car and is $400MXN all day, which we didn’t know. There is always other alternatives like U er which we took and is way cheaper, and you have to pay approximately $1000MXN for taxes per person. Bring a hat and sun block because there is a lot of sun and your skin will suffer the consequences. It is an amazing experience and you will enjoy it. If you plan on doing the reef snorkeling which is the first stop wear sun block or sun tan after since the chemicals affect pretty badly the reef.
It was a great day to start and a fun crew. Beautiful island. However, the people working there never told us what time to be back at the boat, or announced it anywhere. I even texted the WhatsApp number and got no response. As a result of this, my friend and I had to stay overnight on the island and pay for a separate hotel and ferry back the next day. Poor management and not good communication.

This was a wonderful snorkeling excursion! Had a really great time. Wish the snorkeling time would have been longer as it was maybe about 30 minutes long. The staff were very nice and accommodating 😀
this company mislead itema offer. Transporration was late for pick up and did not provide transport back to hotel although it was paid for. Had to paid a extra 30.00 to get back to hotel.

Very good all the tur, wonderful experience, and very nice staff always throughout.
As someone who doesn’t speak Spanish, this was a very difficult experience. They did not give proper instructions as to where to meet. They were not helpful when I was lost. I was running around the mall, trying to figure out where to board this boat where no one was able to help and the person messaging me on WhatsApp would not answer my phone call. I asked to speak to management upon arriving to the desk after finally finding it after 30 minutes of wandering through a mall just to be left waiting never got to speak to a manager. The catamaran is not very nice. The staff is phenomenal. They are very sweet although they do not speak English very well The buffet they provided does not include drinks and not to mention you have to pay 1000 pesos upon arrival. I had a terrible experience and I was compensated for nothing.
The whole trip was fun, however, the itinerary was kinda unclear. It states you will have two hours at playa Norte which isn’t true. I was also under the impression we would have an hour to shop. We only had an hour and a half total to spend at the beach AND do our shopping. What they also do not mention is you have the option to pay for a taxi (not included) for them to drive you to playa Norte from the dock once you arrive to the island and they will take you to picture destinations which was fun! I just wish they mentioned it before booking. Another cost is the $52 per person before boarding the boat which isn’t included when you book the excursion. When it came time for the snorkeling part, they only provided us masks and flippers, no snorkel which was annoying because no one could hold their breath long enough to enjoy the underwater beauty. The leader of the group of course had one but no one provided that for the rest of the people on the boat. Also, it says alcoholic beverages are included on the boat, they are very weak so I would recommend just taking shots, otherwise you are just drinking soda. Overall the trip was fun, it was nice to see the island and have great picture opportunities! We saw many sea turtles and had a great time with our friends! I would just recommend to the business to be fully up front with all the potential cost on this trip.
