Il s'agit d'une visite privée rien que pour vous du début à la fin dans ce paradis des sources chaudes. La prise en charge se fera à votre hébergement à Mexico. Ces sources chaudes sont situées dans l'État d'Hidalgo, à 4 heures de Mexico et à une altitude de 1 280 mètres au-dessus du niveau de la mer. Profitez de votre transfert dans un véhicule privé confortable et climatisé. À Tolantongo, nous nous amuserons et nous détendreons dans les 40 piscines thermales, chacune avec un design différent, dans la grotte et dans l'incroyable rivière bleue, également remplie d'eau thermale. La température moyenne de l'eau est d'environ 34 à 38° C. Dans ce centre touristique, nous trouverons plusieurs restaurants, boutiques et douches. Le temps à Tolantongo sera de 5 heures, vous pouvez ajouter des heures supplémentaires. Vous pourrez prendre des photos incroyables et profiter de cette nature au milieu d'un grand canyon.

Itinéraire
La prise en charge aura lieu à 5 heures du matin à votre hébergement à Mexico. Le transfert prendra 4 heures pour atteindre Tolantongo qui est situé dans l'État d'Hidalgo. Sur notre chemin, nous pouvons faire des arrêts pour acheter le petit-déjeuner ou si vous avez besoin d'autre chose.
Ce centre aquatique est divisé en deux sections. Nous visiterons d’abord la section Paradis où se trouvent les 40 piscines thermales. Vous enfilerez votre maillot de bain et vos chaussures d'eau. Nous prendrons soin de vos affaires et pourrons garder ce que vous n'utilisez pas à l'intérieur du véhicule. Nous passerons 2 heures et demie dans cette section. Vous pourrez profiter du pont suspendu, des bassins, du tunnel et des petites cascades. Chaque piscine a un design unique. En arrivant tôt nous ne trouverons pas grand monde et l'expérience sera incroyable de pouvoir prendre de belles photos. Ensuite, nous visiterons la section Grotte où vous pourrez profiter de la cascade, de la grotte et de la rivière bleue. Nous serons également ici pendant deux heures et demie. Vous pouvez acheter de la nourriture ou déjeuner dans l'un des restaurants. Avant de partir, vous pouvez prendre une douche et enfiler des vêtements secs.
Nous repartirons à Mexico. Le retour à votre hébergement prendra environ 4 heures.

The overall experience was fantastic. Despite not being able to go to the caves due to poor weather there was plenty of time to enjoy the baths, food/drinks and scenery.

I had an entire car to myself which meant I could lie in the front seat and sleep for 3 hours because the pickup was at 5am. The guide explained everything and then let me explore. Ricardo was very lovely and accommodating. I really recommend the experience.

I really wish I could give this a higher rating! We really wanted to hit up Tolantongo while being in CDMX but didn’t want to go with a big group because we love to do as we please. And then we found Epic Journeys!!!! Paid securely on their website and heard back from them through WhatsApp right away. Ricardo, the best tour guide, reached out to me the morning of to let us know he was on his way. He picked us up in a nice sedan. Gave us a bunch of insight on the city and things we were driving by. He let us know how long it would take and what the plan was. When we arrived he walked us through everything and let us venture out. Gave us clear instructions on how to get ahold of him and our length of time we had at each part of the resort. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. Ricardo is very calm and friendly and answers all your questions. Be ready for lots of steep stairs and hills. But also be ready for a great adventure!!!

Driver got us there in 3.5 hours. We could have stopped for 60 pesos water shoes at 100 different shops but he brought us to one that costed 180-200. Half of the pools were closed for cleaning. They ripped us off on the locker price 250 instead of 100. River was brown because of sediment post rain. Overall not the best day for the price.
Hi!! thanks for your review. we have talked with our guide. you need to know that the big signs where the stores on the road are selling aquashoes, the "60 pesos" is just a trap because only aquashoes for kids cost 60 pesos, not for adults. the lockers also have different prices. and sometimes the little pools are being cleaned, so we cannot know when it will happen. thanks for taking this tour with us.

Amazing! Such an incredible experience, going private was so worth it! Ricardo was the best, he informed us of where was best to go and the history of the place but also gave us privacy and time to enjoy the park by ourselves! We chose to get the zip line to the bottom is was amazing! We got there early and left as late as possible with enough time to enjoy the evening in Mexico City!!

Booked this private tour through Viator for myself and my wife. We were promptly picked up at 5am at our hotel in Mexico City by our tour guide in a full-sized, air conditioned van. We were able to easily sleep in the van and we woke up four hours later in Tolantongo. At 9am, the grounds are pretty empty and you have your choice of where you would want to go. It starts to get busy around 11am and that's when your guide takes you to the next area. The hot springs are even better than you see on social media. Not only do you get to hang at the picturesque, infinity pools, but you also can climb through caves and lounge in warm rivers with clear, blue water. This was undeniably a highlight to our trip to Mexico, Epic Journey is a legitimate tour operator, and Gerardo Fuentes was a safe driver and helpful guide.

This was such a great experience. We were a little shocked that we were picked up in a personal car opposed to a van! Felt more like an uber ride opposed to a tour guide. However, he was very pleasant and nice. He was very patient also. Beware that this park is not for the week. Many hills and steep inclines. The pools were very nice and the zip line was amazing. Manage your time wisely so that you can enjoy all the park has to offer. The food was great in my opinion. Be sure to choose a tour option that jncludes food because ours didn’t. Otherwise, you’ll have to pay for food! Loved this and would do it again.
