Our guide Bo was excellent. She was very informative and was happy to answer any questions. Well worth a visit. The gardens that we saw are amazing and well maintained. This is our second visit and having Bo this time filled in the gaps regarding the history of the palace.

Rose was so helpful and...
Rose was so helpful and informative. She answered all questions with ease. Highly recommend! Her guidance came through headsets and that was very helpful since my partner and i have done hearing impairments.

Difficult to follow
Our guide spoke extremely quickly, and it was very difficult to understand what he was saying. We tried hard to follow his explanations, but the way he spoke made it almost impossible and the experience became stressful rather than enjoyable. We ultimately ended up cutting our tour short, and we noticed other people in our group did as well. Considering the amount we paid for this tour, we expected a more polished, professional-looking and professional-sounding guide who could communicate clearly and make the experience engaging and easy to follow. Unfortunately, we left very disappointed.

Difficult to hear
The site was very crowded at the time we visited, which we were aware of and expected. We had an English-speaking guide and understood that we would be using headphones to hear the tour. Unfortunately, the audio connection to the guide repeatedly cut in and out, making it extremely difficult to hear and follow what was being explained. This significantly impacted our experience, as we missed much of the information throughout the tour.
