Nice experience, but not exceptional.
It is certainly an experience to have, but after having seen the interiors of the Royal Palace of Caserta, it did not impress me that much. The rooms to visit are for the most part quite small and invaded by many visitors; the gardens are beautiful but not exciting. The entry procedure should be better organized: we had our entry booked for 11:30 and we got in line at 11:15. We were under a significant sun and relative temperature for 45 minutes, to enter at 12:05. I dare not imagine what it would have been like in heavy rain.
