My flights were cancelled...
My flights were cancelled due to a mechanical issue with the plane. I didn’t make it to Amsterdam. Company would not give me a refund or credit for future visits

Couple’s Visit
My husband and I visited the museum during our weekend in Amsterdam. We loved taking our time and listening to the audio guide as we walked through the different rooms. It gave us a much better understanding of Van Gogh’s life and his work without feeling like we had to follow a group. A very enjoyable experience.

An unreliable experience
After setting up a booking with you and relying on that to plan the rest of my day, including other museum bookings, I received a message from you that a technical problem prevented you from being able to get me into the Van Gogh museum, and offering Sept 27 instead, which did me no good since I was flying home that day.

Booking cancelled by Viator less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit
The booking was canceled a night before my scheduled visit. My husband and I were at the museum entrance when we realized that Viator send me a message that my booking was canceled due to technical difficulties. Im still waiting for the refund.
