Unique experience, dinner at night in front of the bay of Valencia. Unbeatable service. Fun. Enjoy.
The problems start when trying to find the place, the map and picture sent are of a spot currently hidden behind a very large remodeling project. The guide knew where he was going, so he was not great at helping us find it. Google does not properly find it. Then, our guide/captain did not speak French at all, as was advertised that he would. His English was passable. Luckily for us, we are bilingual. The weather was fairly windy and the boat handled quite badly in the 1/2 meter waves, so we only spent about 10-15 minutes outside the harbor. Fortunately the other 4 travelers were good company, and the paella was decent. We were only 6 guests, not at the 12 maximum. Do be aware that you will be sitting on padded bicycle seats for 2 hours and that there is no toilet onboard. The guide did take people over to the toilets before leaving. So, we enjoyed it, but it is overpriced for what it is.
One day before the event, they changed the time from 7pm to 9pm. This was unacceptable since we had planned other activities based on the SCHEDULED start time. The directions to get there were worse than poor. They said instructions would be sent, but only a useless video was sent. There was no context in where the video was taken from, so we were left to wander around and guess. The map showing the meeting point was accurate, but there was only one secret path to get there, and that path is not shown on Google Maps. The food was adequate, but lukewarm.
This was the worst experience ever there was no one on the boat, but my wife and myself there was no entertainment no music nothing to do. I would not recommend this for anyone at all. They are terrible service. Absolutely want anybody about using this service the guy didn’t talk we floated around in the bay. There was nothing good about this trip.
Very enjoyable experience erik and his skipper made our trip memorable nothing was too much trouble would definitely recommend this tour
I booked a cruise with my boyfriend and some friends. It was a really great experience! The meal on board was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect, whether for a couple's outing or a fun evening with friends. The captain was very nice, and the music made it even more enjoyable. It was an excellent evening and I really enjoyed it.
A great evening on the water, enjoying a true Valencian dinner. It was a hot day and perfect time to be on the water to look at the Valencian coast line.
The link to the location sent to me didn’t work, the guy doing the trip wouldn’t answer his phone and just sent a couple of rude texts. No help whatever… piss poor customer service, they took my money anyway
First and foremost, I consider the title of the advertisement misleading; when you read the word "cruise," you imagine a large ship, and this is actually a tourist boat, which has little to do with tourism because it takes you behind the port, and you eat the paella that a delivery person brought while bouncing around, and between the rocking of the waves and the seat (literally a bicycle seat), you could not eat comfortably. You also had the option to put your feet on some pedals, or they would lower a board, and the blisters on the board. In the advertisement photos, the entire boat is not visible; the look on our faces when we saw it was a poem, and the look on the others when we got off was the same. In short, I could say a thousand more bad things.
Actually it turned out to be a fun night but the ad in viator was misleading. People were expecting a different type boat.
