Pour les visites nocturnes et les visites du dimanche, le Marché Central est fermé donc nous allons sauter cette étape et passer directement à la cuisine ! Vous vous rendrez ensuite à la cuisine paella pour un atelier paella en direct avec un chef professionnel. We are a family of four (two teenagers), this was the perfect activity for the four of us. Even my son who was dubious to start with enjoyed it and took it very seriously in the end! Victor was very knowledgeable and made it lots of fun. Mimi explained the wines and kept us topped up. Overall a fantastic experience, highly recommend and great value.

Wow, what an unforgettable evening with Dani! We’ve been coming to Valencia for several years, and this was without doubt the best experience we’ve ever had. Dani was an exceptional host. His English was excellent, and his passion for Valencia, its culture, and the history behind Spanish cuisine—especially paella—made the whole experience so engaging. From meeting in the square to cooking and then enjoying the paella we’d prepared ourselves, every part of the evening was perfectly organised and thoroughly enjoyable. Along the way, we were treated to delicious homemade tapas, dessert, and plenty of wine, making it feel like a truly authentic Spanish experience rather than just a cooking class. If you’re visiting Valencia and want to do something memorable, authentic, and great value for money, don’t hesitate to book this experience. It was the highlight of our trip, and we can’t recommend Dani highly enough!

We did the paella cooking class and it was fantastic. From the beginning Victor was incredibly welcoming and informative. We had a variety of tapas and wines throughout the class. Victor was very helpful while demonstrating the class and showing us what to do. At each step he was supportive and let us know what needed to be done to improve our dish. Afterwards we are our paella and we were able to enjoy the fruits of our labour with explanations of the history from Victor. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a little taste of Spanish culture

Our family (all adults) really enjoyed learning how to properly prepare paella with Victor! The experience was amazing! My husband was hesitant about this activity and in end truly enjoyed it! The wine choices were wonderful, we loved the paella we made and dessert was very good. Would 100% recommend!
This was a wonderful experience for our family. Victor was awesome, and this was a highlight of our vacation. We loved every part of this experience, from the visit to the market for our ingredients and all the wine tasting to the really fun cooking of the paella and then eating it with our entire group. This is a must-do if you enjoy cooking.
This class was so much fun! Daniel and Olivia were a delight! We learned so much about paella/traditions and it was delicious. We really enjoyed chatting, laughing, and cooking with others from around the world! We did not go hungry nor thirsty. I highly recommend this experience. It’s something you will not forget!!
