Le ramassage inclus dans votre achat débutera à 6h45 (selon l'emplacement de votre hébergement)
Vous arriverez à Xel-Há entre 8h00 et 9h30 (tout dépend de l'emplacement de votre hôtel). À Xel-Há, vous pourrez profiter d'une baignade rafraîchissante dans les eaux cristallines de la rivière, faire de la plongée avec tuba ou vous régaler dans les nombreux restaurants du parc.
Il est temps de se rendre à Tulum en arrivant à 14h30. Cette opportunité sera guidée par un expert. Il vous racontera du début à la fin l'histoire de Tulum. Prenez autant de photos que vous le souhaitez dans l'une des pyramides principales.
Vous quitterez Tulum vers 16h30 pour retourner à Xel-Há en arrivant à 17h00.
Il est temps de prendre le bus qui vous amènera à votre hôtel ou à votre point de rendez-vous.

Didn’t know what to expect from Xel Ha but so glad that we went. It’s unlike anything I’ve ever been to before. Snorkelling in the estuary was fab - saw plenty of fish. With the all inclusive option, literally everything you could need is provided. Unlimited soft drinks was a massive plus point due to the heat. The lazy river is just great. It’s a real river! Floating lazily down a mangrove river - not something you do every day. Loads of other activities. Loved it.

We went on several excursions in the Yucatan on a recent visit, and this was the most memorable of all. Our transportation was comfortable, picking us up from far north in Costa Mujeres and only making one stop at the Xcaret station, which was well-maintained and busy but pleasant. Our tour guide on the first leg of the trip, Elly, was one of the most animated, fun, charismatic and professional tour guides I've had in 40+ years. His passion for the Mayan culture was palpable, drawing from his own native heritage and energetically articulating his culture to us in an engaging presentation. His sense of humor was refreshing. He also showed great respect for our bus driver, which showed me that he cared just as much about his coworkers and support team as himself. He's a true gem. The next leg of the trip was a fun-filled adventure at Xel Ha, where we had 5+ hours to do whatever we wanted and eat/drink as much as we cared for. It was a treat ziplining with my son for the first time, and the waterslide was CRAZY (but be forewarned, as you gush down the spiral slide, salt water sprays forcefully on your face, which I was unprepared for). The food was top-notch for a theme park and the buffet was located in a cavernous but open-aired, Disney-like thatched lodge (one must sample the tacos, which were stellar even compared to our Majestic A.I. resort buffet) and the drinks were abundant (the soda fountain was flowing smooothly for us). This is a water-lover's park through and through, and there are tons of towels everywhere and places to see and experience. I haven't been to a natural water park since River Country (now abandoned) in the early 1980s, so there was almost a notalgia I felt while tubing through the mangroves and diving off the 15-foot cliff. Back in the days when water parks felt more adventurous and less focused on reducing liability (there are waivers, of course). Our family had a spectacular excursion with Xcaret and I highly recommend this activity combo. Again, props to Elly for making this a memorable and happy experience for us.

The visitor attention area has no attention at all. Terrible attitude from a staff member who said his name was Juan, tall and thin. My family and I had a bad experience; he is a rude, arrogant person with very poor service. We had no other problems; the service is the real complaint.

I like it. Good food, friendly staff and attractions for all ages. I'd like to leave a compliment to the lifeguard Jesus Barrilo. I lost my balance in the middle of the floating bridge and fell. He, in addition to helping me get up, encouraged me to continue and supported me on the crossing. That photo was he who took.
