It was a great Mexico outing ! We got to see Tulum, our driver dropped us off at tulum where we met a guide who spent 10-15 mins giving history on Tulum. Then we got yo

Great overall experience. Guides were knowledgeable. We were with a driver, handed off to a Ruin guide, back with the driver and then with an additional guide for the Cenote/ ATV. Sometimes it was a bit confusing who we were with/following. We were given umbrellas at the Ruins as it was hot and direct sun. Some of the breaks between activities seemed long, but we had a few people in our group that were slow (changing/eating) so that may have slowed our whole group down. Overall easy to plan, the whole day was taken care of. We were provided snacks, waters, umbrellas they thought of everything. We would use this company again for another experience. We brought a backpack with Swimming clothes, towels, sandals, water. There was lockers at the Cenote/ATV. Otherwise we left our bag in the Van.

My Fiance and I had an AMAZING time. They took care of everything for us. From transportation, to guides, to food. I unfortunately don’t remember our guides name when we toured the ruins of Tulum but he was very informative. Our guides for ATV’s and the Cenote were Diego and Enrique. They were both knowledgeable, kind, and funny. We were updated and informed every step of the way. My fiance and I still can’t stop talking about how great our experience was. Would definitely recommend to others
Guides and staff were very friendly. Worth the experience. Expect it to be an all day event and wear appropriate attire for the ruins due to the heat.
Adventure Maya was an excellent choice by far from other experiences in the past. Service was professional from pick up to the end of the day. Alex our driver was friendly & drove around safely & Frantz our guide was fantastic throughout our adventures with ATVs & cenote! Lunch was delicious & we never felt rushed throughout the day, thank you for a memorable day!
Had an awesome day, Fernando and Isabel were excellent and very knowledgeable tour guides! Tulum ruins and snorkeling were my favorite parts of the day!
Isabella and Florence were amazing. the tour was so much fun. We spend all day sightseeing Mayan ruins, swimming in the cool waters of cenote and snorkeling. Highly recommend for a family excursion when you in Cancun!
Honestly, this was exceptional. Tulum was cool, the ATV's were fun, but the cenote, absolutely amazing!!! Our guide Manny was excellent and the experience in the cenote is one I'll never forget.
Purposely looked for semi-private and more expensive experiences to avoid the herds of people in giant groups. Unfortunately this one disappointed. Spent a total of 5 hours driving and dropping people off. Crammed into a small van. Some people were late. Driver was friendly and on time. Had to deviate to their office to pick up more people. Talum is cool but our tour guide wasn't great. Didn't seem to care about the experience. They tell you about the extra $20 you have to pay so many times I couldn't stand it anymore. JUST CHARGE ME UPFRONT. It wasn't even about the fee, it's about the feeling thats all they care about. ATV instructions and hard sell on insurance was longer than the ride itself, which is just a follow the leader in a straight line. The $15 insurance hard sell was nuts. Felt like it would never end.. made you watch a whole video on it. The lunch was average. The cenote was really cool but didn't get to spend a lot of time there. All in all, you spend very little of the day doing actual activities. Much of the time spent trying to get a few more dollars out of you. Some parts were fun, but in the end you're paying to br crammed in a van majority of the day. Recommend either going full private or finding something cheaper, this was not a good compromise.
