Description

Excellent Service! Went the extra mile (literally)!

Martin and Miguel were such great guides! They really made sure my wife, who has a disability, was completely comfortable and enjoying the exeprience. They educated us all on the Northern Lights, took great pictures, had great snacks/drinks, and went the extra mile (quite literally) to find the lights on a very cloudy/snowy/rainy night. They were both multi-lingual too, so our tour was in Spanish for my wife, but they each spoke something like 6 languages each! The definition of accomodating. I couldn't recommend them enough!

A great Aurora tour from Tromso

We went out for the Aurora hunt with Rita. She was a great guide, cheerful, informative and looked after us very well with a good campfire, soup and bread, hot chocolate and cookies. We were fortunate and saw the lights dancing and were sent complimentary photos by email shortly after our tour.

One word says it all FANTASTIC!

We were a group of 21 people (including one with mobility limitations) among family and friends in Tromso. Martin helped us to organize our itinerary which included aurora hunting, visit the fjords and the Sami experience with sledging and even picked us up at the airport;) Everything went well, the guides Valentina and John very professional. They gave their best so that we could enjoy every activity and ample and enjoyable information about the whole environment and the auroras. Thank you very much and with God's favor we will return!!!

Speccy northern lights in a chair

It was the most spectacular experience of a lifetime. Of course no one can forecast the space conditions but we had a combination of the best solar flares and Louai who knew where to find them. A 40 minute drive from Tromsø. Take a look at his pictures. He says it was in his top 5 autora hunts. Soooo lucky, so accessible. Stayed in my chair throughout including around a campfire with beautiful veggie soup and hot chocolate. PLEASE wear all of your layers. It was -4° the night we went.

Great experience for us. Highly recommended!

6 of us travel together with one person have reduced mobility who need to travel on wheelchair. We communicate with Disabled Accessible Travel and been connect with Tromso Accessible Tours. Jo and Jackie offered big helps for our tour from fixing the date to checking on our wheelchair size, our size for tick winter outfit etc. However, we need to postpone our tour date by two days due to bad weather condition. Though we do not seem much aurora lighting but it is an excellent travel experience for all of us. Really enjoying the atmosphere of siting around campfire for a cup of hot soap. Thank you Martin.

The highlight of our Norway trip

This was the highlight of our trip to Norway. We felt confident knowing that our aurora tour could be enjoyed by our whole family, including my 81-yr-old mother in law. This was a bucket list experience for her, and Tromsø Accessible Tours delivered. I'm so glad this business exists. Martin, the founder, was our aurora tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and fun. We also did their Sami Reindeer Experience with Marina, who was fantastic. Couldn't recommend them more!

Best experience ever

We enjoyed all the tours booked with them. We did the reindeer experience and then we do a 2 night private chase. They were very helpful and responsive from the start. They had asked for all the details they needed from us and then had the thermal suits and others all included. They were all very nice and helpful. Tours were comfortable. They had the coffee, tea, hot coffee and the soup on the tours. We had the thermal blankets and they also did the fire for us both nights, with the setup of chairs and all. We felt we were with family. They took very good care of us. We highly recommend them for any tour that you want to take in Tromso. Seeing the aurora was the highlight of the trip.
