Plus qu'un taxi. Votre voyage à travers Roatan commencera par nous contacter par SMS, WhatsApp ou appel téléphonique pour avis les détails de votre réservation. Ensuite, vous recevrez des instructions de réunion spécifiques en fonction de votre lieu de ramassage et du moyen de transport. Selon la taille de votre groupe et notre itinéraire de ramassage, nous attendrons d'autres voyageurs venant sur le même vol ou des invités dans la même file d'attente douanière. Nos temps d'attente ne dépassent jamais 30 minutes et les clients de la navette partagée circulent souvent en véhicule privé. Nous nous démarquons des autres services de navette grâce à notre engagement pour le confort et les horaires de nos clients. Nous nous adaptons à vous et aux besoins de votre parti. Aussi, nos chauffeurs sont résidents de Roatan ou insulaires à part entière et connaissent la terre, la culture et l'histoire de cette belle île. Parfait pour les familles, les groupes ou les voyageurs en solo, nous fournissons plus que le transport. C'est une expérience complète et un accueil chaleureux sur l'île!

Lieux et horaires de prise en charge
Pour les voyageurs d'aéroport : Recherchez des chauffeurs avec le maillot, les panneaux et les logos des navettes aéroportuaires Roatan dans les ports, aéroports et la destination de ramassage souhaitée. Nous vous confirmerons le nom de votre chauffeur avant votre arrivée. Pour les clients du ferry : Après avoir débarqué et récupéré vos bagages , cherchez-nous à l'intérieur du terminal en tenant un panneau avec notre nom et notre logo (Navettes Roatan Airport). Votre chauffeur aura également un panneau avec votre nom dessus. Compte tenu des heures d'arrivée des ferrys, nous recommandons un processus de débarquement rapide. Pour les retours (hôtels, Airbnb, etc.) : Notre société vous contactera par texto, WhatsApp ou email pour vérifier votre voyage de retour et le meilleur moment pour la collecte. La prise en charge pour le départ aura lieu 3 heures avant le départ de votre avion. Pour les vols nationaux l'heure de prise en charge est de 2 heures avant le départ du vol.

5-Star experience with my transportation experiences. Easy to book and the communication beforehand was exactly what I needed. Mario was waiting for me both times, ready even before it our pickup times. Also he provided great history of the island, pointed out interesting spots, gave me recommendations on food and tours when I asked and made the trips very enjoyable! Our transportation folks here could learn a lot from them! Thanks for making this enjoyable and easy!!
When my Resort didn't respond to my request for transportation from the airport, I checked in to Viator, and I'm really glad I did. They responded right away and the trip cost me much less than what I would have paid. The driver was waiting for me outside of baggage claim with a sign with my name. He was very friendly and gave me a lot of history of the island, along with tips on places to eat and things to do. I only hope I get this driver for my trip back to the airport

Outstanding service from Roatan Airport Shuttle and our driver, Mario! Our connecting flight was significantly delayed, and we didn't arrive in Roatán until the next day. Even with this unexpected change, Mario stayed in contact and had absolutely no problem adjusting our pickup time. He was waiting for us at the airport right on time, which was a huge relief after a long travel day. Mario is not only an excellent and safe driver, but he is also incredibly knowledgeable about the island. During our ride, he shared fascinating stories about Roatán's history, culture, and local landmarks. It was like getting a private island tour from a local expert. I would highly recommend this company for transportation in Roatan. The communication was excellent even before I arrived. Mario met me at the airport with a sign that had my name on it. He even took me to a grocery store and helped me pick out some delicious local snacks. I even used them for transportation besides the airport and everything worked out great. Also, shout out to Adrian who picked me up and took me to my return flight. The prices were great and the customer service was amazing!!!!

Communication was amazing and very prompt service. Car from airport was a bit tight to resort for 2 couples. Van back to airport was perfect and driver more engaging! (First driver didn’t say a word….likely no English.)
