Excellent, Julio was so accommodating for our group ( 3kids and 3 adults and enough luggage to weigh the van down) . Dropped is right where we could catch the ferry to cozumel. Safe driver and very nice to all. Even answered all tje kids questions!
Quinones was amazing bring us from the Resort to Airport. Told us all about the area. Great conversation about the area!

Paid for Suburban or Escalade got van both ways. I paid 240.00 us dollars to get private Suburban or Escalade. I verified three times with Viator representative our purchase. When we arrived in Cancun our driver was nice. I told driver that we booked a Escalade or similar. Very dissatisfied!

Our flight was over 6 hours delayed, so instead of arriving at 3pm, we arrived at 9pm. It was near 10 pm by the time we got our luggage and cleared customs. Even though it was so late, they had a new driver waiting for us and all went well.

Our driver, Rodofo was absolutely amazing on our way to the resort. We landed early and had no bags so we were there earlier than anticipated, but another Go Visit Cancun rep called him and he was there in 5 minutes. He was so kind and knowledgeable on activities in the area. You could absolutely tell he loved his job.
