My driver was amazing. He met me at the airport as soon as I got out of customs. He made the transfer process very easy. We were able to coordinate a pick up time through Whats App. His English was excellent and he was so excited to talk about his amazing city.

I had an excellent experience with Interliv Travel for my airport transfer during my recent visit to Mexico City. From start to finish, the communication was impeccable. After making the reservation via TripAdvisor, Luis contacted me via WhatsApp and made sure he had all my details for my arrival and departure. Upon arriving in Mexico City, Felipe reached out to me via WhatsApp to let me know he was waiting for me in terminal 1. The service was punctual, professional, and incredibly accommodating. I felt safe and well taken care. My departure was equally excellent. I highly recommend this service to anyone needing reliable airport transfer in Mexico City.

Luis was very informative about the city of mexico and history and how many people estimate live there. Made us girls feel safe pickup from the airport and back. There is a separate charge rate if your plane sends u to a different AIFA arriving. Its extra because that side is new but he explained to us y and that's always a good thing when he explained the different landing spots. Over all very pleased with the service thank you very much will be using him again for future mexico city transportation.

The vehicle I reserved and paid for was not what I got. Viator never sent the requested vehicle to the contractor. The vehicle that showed us was a very small car and not the van I paid for. It was too small for my family. However the contractor made up for it on our return trip.
