Nous sommes sur place à l'heure pour récupérer le ou les clients à la sortie du terminal de l'aéroport. Nous surveillons les arrivées de vols afin que vous n'ayez jamais à attendre une fois que vous atterrissez, même si votre vol est en avance. Nous sommes sur place à l'heure pour récupérer le ou les clients à l'adresse Paris. Les détails du conducteur seront envoyés dans les 24 heures avant la date de demande. Accueil à l'aéroport : nous vous recommandons d'ouvrir votre téléphone à l'arrivée du vol et de vous assurer d'appeler le chauffeur. Le chauffeur vous accueillera à la porte de sortie du terminal où vous sortirez en tenant votre nom sur un tableau numérique. Nous vous déposerons à un endroit précis (hôtel ou adresse Paris) que vous aurez indiqué. L'adresse de dépôt doit être en région parisienne uniquement. La politique d'annulation est 24 heures à l'avance à partir de la date de la demande de course.

The driver, Hamish I believe, was very accommodating with our first flight being cancelled and the second flight delayed. He was quite capable considering the traffic, and pedestrians, in Paris.

We had a professional, friendly driver, waiting as soon as we exited the main terminal. The driver even walked us to the hotel with our bags since we had some construction barring parking in front of the hotel.
