Votre adresse de destination doit avoir un code postal commençant par 75. Veuillez noter que les chauffeurs ne sont pas autorisés à entrer dans la zone de récupération des bagages. Après avoir récupéré vos bagages, veuillez simplement vous rendre à la zone d'arrivée, où votre chauffeur vous attendra pour vous accueillir.

Slightly delayed airport pickup but fine driving
The driver was not able to meet us right outside the arrivals I believe due to traffic. There were many other drivers with placards waiting for their riders, however, so I’m unsure why our driver was late. It was a bit challenging communicating with the company but about 15 minutes later our lovely driver appeared and his driving was great and we got to our hotel in time to make our lunch reservation. I still love Viator though and am using it to ride back to the airport today!

Pleasant ride
Clean vehicle but no water was offered, friendly driver and felt safe to ride with, obey the speed limits

Could do better
Driver kept in touch with me at all times. Van was a bit dirty and with signs of worn out, driver went to get gas with us, taking out our time. Reliable though.

Driver texted us to let...
Driver texted us to let us know he was waiting when we arrived. He was very helpful with our luggage and as we were driving from airport towards city of Paris he gave us a brief description of what we were seeing.

Bad experience Private pick up from CDG
The driver was there as expected but did not help with luggage. We had to push the luggage cart ourselves and his driving was not good. He did not speak any English. For this, I could have just done an uber. This was not as expected.

Just perfect!...
Just perfect! I easily found my driver. He was courteous and professional. On time and easily took me to my hotel.

Great experience
The driver was right there after passing through immigration. He has signed that was easy to read. He took our luggage and we walked a very short walk to a large beautiful van. It was a perfect experience.

Driver very communicative via text message upon our arrival and processing through customs and baggage. Nice smooth ride in large clean SUV. Would highly recommend.
