Retrouvez votre chauffeur au terminal d'arrivée après avoir passé la douane. Ils seront debout tenant une pancarte à votre nom et portant un uniforme de couleur crème avec le logo Wix Tours. Si vous ne trouvez pas votre chauffeur parce que la zone est bondée, veuillez demander à tout membre du personnel ou représentant de l'aéroport. Ils se feront un plaisir de vous indiquer la bonne direction. Lors de votre réservation, il est important d'inclure les informations de votre vol de départ, y compris le nom de la compagnie aérienne, le numéro de vol, et l'heure de départ. Cela nous permet de planifier votre heure de retour en fonction des exigences d'enregistrement du contrôle frontalier. Veuillez noter que l'enregistrement des vols à destination des États-Unis reste effectué 3 heures avant le départ. Votre chauffeur vous remettra un billet indiquant l'heure de votre retour. We used Wix Tours for our roundtrip airport transfers during our Aruba vacation, and the experience was outstanding. Communication was clear and professional before our arrival, and our driver was waiting for us as promised. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, which was much appreciated after traveling. Both our arrival and departure transfers were punctual, smooth, and stress-free. The drivers were friendly, courteous, and provided excellent customer service. It was a great way to begin and end our trip to Aruba. For this to be a private ride, service was horrible. The car arrived dirty. My name was spelled wrong, even though it’s in my email and my reservation. They didn’t offer any water or anything. Driver was cool. Then my return ride the guy came they said, but never called me or told me he was outside. Then got a message he left and no refund
Hello Mrs. Tamica, Thank you for taking the time to write your review. Your driver, Leon, reported to the office that when he dropped you off at the hotel, he was under the impression that everything had gone well. He also provided you with your return ticket, including your pickup time of 8:45 AM on May 21. Leon was also the same driver who picked you up upon your arrival in Aruba, so he was familiar with you. Today, Leon arrived at the Hyatt at approximately 8:40 AM. At 8:50 AM, he walked around the lobby looking for you, but unfortunately, you were nowhere in sight. He waited until 9:10 AM — approximately 25 minutes past the scheduled pickup time — before leaving for his next assignment. At 9:28 AM, we received your text message stating that the driver should have called your telephone. Unfortunately, our drivers are not permitted to make long-distance phone calls. We are therefore a bit surprised by your complaint regarding the vehicle and overall service. All of our vehicles are late-model, cleaned, and washed daily. While you mentioned that the driver was “cool,” your review described the service as “horrible,” and we would appreciate more specific details regarding your concerns. We always strive to provide excellent service

For the past 7 years we have been visiting Aruba and using Wix Airport Transfer Service. This year our driver was Ruben. During our transfer Ruben assisted us with luggage, answered all of our questions and pointed sights of interest along our route. Wix drivers are always on time and very courteous.
