Great experience, clean cars and super nice drivers. The owner of the company is very helpful and has great follow through.

We easily found our driver as soon as we walked out of the airport exit doors. He took our luggage and led us out to the car. Traffic was particularly bad because it was graduation day on the island, but he kept the car cool and comfortable and did the best he could. On our return trip, our driver was waiting when we checked out of the hotel. We were driven in a 10+ passenger van, but with no other passengers. Traffic was fine as it was a Tuesday morning, so we made it to the airport in record time. No complaints and we definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

Vernon was our driver from the airport to our resort in Green Island, Jamaica, and he did an excellent job. He was prompt, professional, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. His driving was safe and comfortable, and he shared a lot of helpful information about the area during the trip. Communication was good, especially when TripAdvisor site wouldn't accept edits to my booking. Andre provided details and was prompt and professional in responding. Our driver, Orville, was waiting for us with a clean, comfortable car. Orville provided information along the drive, stopped to take a photo of us at the Negril sign and provided restaurant recommendations without feeling the need to talk constantly.

This was our first time booking a private transfer (or at least not directly through the hotel) and what a pleasant surprise! Andre was amazing at communicating prices and even followed up a few days after my initial email. Prices were very reasonable and pick up and drop off were a breeze. We followed Andre's instructions and were met by our driver at the airport. A nice, air conditioned car swept us to our resort. I emailed the day before leaving to confirm our pick up, and once again - Andre responded within a few hours. Both drivers were very courteous and friend - pointing out local landmarks and telling us a bit about their lives on the island. Will definitely use Luxurious Carib Tours when we come back to Jamaica!

We used this service to take us from Montego Bay Airport to the Princess Grand Jamaica in Negril. Our driver, Orville, drove us both ways. The van was spacious, clean and well maintained. Orville was a very friendly person and we had an excellent conversation that I found very informative about Jamaican culture. 5/5 recommend for anyone looking for airport transportation.
