We had a super early flight arriving at 5:30am and our Driver was already waiting for us at the airport to pick us up. Super helpful, friendly and kind, he even helped us with our luggages. As a single mom Traveling with kids is always stressful but ever since finding Victor shuttle services its made it easier to get from the airport to our hotel. One less thing to worry about, no more wondering if there are available takes at the time we arrived to oxaca airport. I would definitely recommend these services to all that visit oaxaca.

Wonderful customer service! When our flight was cancelled by the airlines we called the vendor to let them know what had happened. When our flight was rescheduled for the next morning we were met by our driver who welcomed us to Oaxaca and helped us to have a very good experience. Would recommend this service.

Booked this tour while in Oaxaca after deciding it was going to be difficult for us to organise all of these experiences during our stay. We had Liz (English speaking) and Miguel as our guides and they were friendly, accommodating and professional. They provided just the right amount of information at each stop which I really appreciated as I get information overload and often forget everything. I highly recommend this tour for its value for money and its great insight in the authentic and beautiful Oaxaca.

Driver Miguel is super reliable and I felt very safe with him, even on roads that don’t look like roads. He knows his way around and has excellent driving and parking skills! I always use Zapotecos Tours for my airport pickups when I visit Oaxaca. My usual driver is Miguel who I specifically request because he’s friendly, a safe driver and very punctual. Everyone I’ve met from this company upholds the same standards of safety, friendliness and punctuality. When we landed and turned off airplane mode I already had a text from him saying he was there in the lobby waiting for us. We were picked up in a clean, comfortable vehicle.
